Every day a multitude of stars wander through the halls of MTV News to talk about their latest projects and goof around with staff members. But sometimes we catch stars elsewhere, and that's why we put together Spotted!, a daily compendium of stars in the wild.
When Kat Dennings and Nick Zano were seen walking hand-in-hand at the Lakers game on Tuesday night, "2 Broke Girls" fans couldn't help but wonder if the pair had taken their on-screen flirtations off-screen.
The duo, who are playing love’s ultimate cat-and-mouse game on the CBS comedy, were photographed together at the match-up between the L.A. Lakers and the Houston Rockets, gazing longingly into each others’ eyes while in the company of Ashton Kutcher, Alex Rodriguez and Cindy Crawford. Nick is freshly single having parted ways with girlfriend Haylie Duff back in November after three years of dating. Though there’s no confirmation from Kat or Nick that they are indeed dating, a picture is worth a thousand words, amiright? And when those pictures include hand holding and lusty looks, well, you can draw your own conclusions.
Hollywood Crush spoke to Mr. Zano a few months back, and while he never hinted that anything was going on between the pair, the one-time Hump Day Hottie did have lots of complimentary words for his co-star, which included recalling his “great chemistry” with the actress.
"So I went in and read with Kat Dennings and Michael Patrick King, and I think from the first read together we did a chemistry read and it worked very well. And I respect the hell out of Michael Patrick King; the guy's an icon.”
He also went into some detail about what she’s like on set. "From the very first moment I met Kat, literally shaking hands, we shook hands [and] I'm like, 'Alright, I got you,' and she's like, 'I kind of get you,' and it worked," he recalled. "We were very comfortable working together, which is very nice. She's extremely talented, but that’s not new news. She's like a recluse, which is really interesting. Kat's a recluse. She's the J.D. Salinger of '2 Broke Girls.'"
