We're only two episodes into the second season of HBO's "Girls," but with two Golden Globes and enough buzz to fill a Bushwick warehouse, it's no surprise creator and star Lena Dunham confirmed that Hannah, Marnie, Jessa and Shoshanna will return for a third season.
Lena spilled the news during a fun podcast with "30 Rock" star Alec Baldwin earlier this week. "We’re starting at the end of March," she said of shooting the third season. "I’m so excited."
As she should be! Especially since Alec is already casting himself in a plum part.
"I'll come and play your therapist," he offered. "You need a therapist."
"That would be the most fun thing in the world," Lena replied. (We have to agree.)
So far this season, we've seen Lena shack up with new roommate (and former BF) Elijah, Marnie lose her job, Shoshanna embrace a relationship with her crack spirit guide Ray, and Jessa adjust to married life. What else is in store for the "Girls" as we progress through season two and look forward to season three? In the words of Shoshanna:
