Good morning, happy Monday, and—for the two celebrity babies who've just recently joined the population of Earth—a very happy birthday to you. Two of Hollywood's pregnancies reached their charming conclusion this weekend, as former "Glee" star Heather Morris and 1990s it-girl Rachael Leigh Cook (also known as the wife of smoldering "Vampire Diaries" actor Daniel Gillies) welcomed new additions to their families (via Us Weekly and People).
It's the first kid for both happy couples: a boy named Elijah for Heather and her longtime sweetheart (the non-famous Taylor Hubbel), and a girl for Rachael and Daniel. And according to statements from their respective camps, everybody is delighted and doing great! We also know that at least one of the new couples will be keeping a low profile for the foreseeable future; Heather won't be returning to "Glee" so she'll have plenty of time to do mom things (and hopefully take many, many adorable pictures of her child for everyone to squee over). And while Daniel is busy with multiple recurring roles on a variety of TV shows, he's clearly awestruck by the arrival of his daughter: After welcoming her on Sunday, he immediately sent out a tweet declaring her "the tiny new empress of my everything." Aww.
How cute would it be if these two celebrity babes ended up being BFFs?
