The upcoming musical numbers in "Glee" are usually held pretty tightly under wraps, but that doesn't stop us from guessing. So it was no shocker that when the cast swung by the MTV Newsroom last week that we'd press them for details on what's in store.

Amber Riley (who plays Mercedes) was a loyal soldier and kept her lips sealed, but she was no match for MTV News' Jim Cantiello's unflappable detective skills. Check out what resulted in the video below, and then click here to see Jim get a full-on slushie facial.

One of the most hilarious running gags on Fox's hit series "Glee" is the "Slushie Facial," where an unknown assailant douses an unassuming student with an ice-cold slushie. Rachel, Finn, Puck, Kurt...they've all been on the wrong side of a Big Gulp.

So when the "Glee" cast swung by the MTV Newsroom, it's only natural that a Slushie Facial wasn't far behind. The victim? Our very own self-proclaimed Gleek, Jim Cantiello. The culprit? Well you'll just have to watch the video below to find out.

Come back to Crush later today to get the scoop on tonight's episode of "Glee," which airs at 9 p.m. EST.

When we caught up with rising young star Anna Kendrick at the Toronto Film Festival, where she's promoting her co-starring role with George Clooney in "Up in the Air," we had one big question in mind...has she seen the brand new trailer for "New Moon"?

"I did," she exclaimed, "[but] it was a very, very small video and it was very blurry, so I'm looking forward to seeing it in a big theater." Well, that makes two of us, Anna, but if you want to see the expanded trailer with even more never-before-seen footage, you'll have to tune into the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards this Sunday at 9 p.m. ET/PT where we're airing the exclusive full-length trailer for "New Moon" for the first time. Check out Anna's thoughts below, including her comparison between heartthrobs Robert Pattinson and Clooney.

Sure, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart may fit the characters of Edward Cullen and Bella Swan like a glove, but what if Stephenie Meyer's vamp classic was written during the high-flying, colorful 1980s? Who would glitter in the sun during the era of John Hughes and the Brat Pack?

Well, that's what we wondered too, which is why we're happy to present "Twilight:" 80's Edition! We've broken out the Adobe Photoshop and decided to cast our favorite "Twilight" characters if the film was made over twenty years ago. Instead of RPattz and KStew, fans could've easily been cheering on the romance of RPhoenix and ASheedy. River Phoenix as Edward Cullen: Before Zac Efron, the Jonas Brothers and...yes, Robert Pattinson...there was River Phoenix. The 80s heartthrob starred in such classic films as "Explorers" and "Stand By Me" before getting nominated for an Oscar at age 18 for his role in "Running On Empty." His promising career was cut short in 1993 when the star was tragically found dead of a drug overdose in Los Angeles. During his heyday, however, he brought just the right amount of brooding sexiness that could fuel the role of Edward Cullen. (Who could share the screen as his Bella? Find out after the jump!) What happens when a super nerdy high school valedictorian professes his love for the most popular girl in class? That's the question at the heart of the upcoming romantic teen comedy, "I Love You, Beth Cooper." The flick, starring "Heroes" hottie Hayden Panettiere as Beth Cooper and Paul Rust as the wannabe lover, doesn't hit theaters until July 10, but we've got a first look with five exclusive clips.

One other thing worth noting: The film is directed by Chris Columbus, who's directed such prior fare as two "Harry Potter" movies, both "Home Alone" flicks and seminal '80s teen film "Adventures in Babysitting." Take a gander at one of the clips below and then click here to watch the rest. And if you're interested in submitting your own real-life confessions, you can do so over here.

By now you know Kristin Cavallari will be filling the space left by Lauren Conrad on the next season of "The Hills," but before she does that she'll be appearing as one part of a love triangle in the direct-to-DVD flick, "Van Wilder: Freshman Year."

To promote the film's release (on July 14), Cavallari and her "Van Wilder" co-stars whipped up a fun little take on "The Hills," aptly titled "Decatur" (the area the movie takes place in). Laugh it up in the video below, and then click here to watch a clip featuring Kristin in "Van Wilder: Freshman Year."
