"Gossip Girl" fans looking to take the Nate-less edge off their summer should direct their attention immediately to MTV's exclusive new trailer for Chace Crawford's new movie, "Twelve."

We already knew this from April's teaser trailer, but Chace departs from a privileged world of rich kids on the Upper East Side to... another privileged world of rich kids on the Upper East Side. But this time, he gets himself into a LOT more trouble. Grandfather wouldn't approve.

Kristen Stewart has faced her share of vampires over the course of two "Twilight" movies. Zoe Saldana waged an epic battle to win back Pandora in "Avatar." The two ladies will show down on Sunday night in the Best Female Performance category of the 2010 MTV Movie Awards (also nominated is Emma Watson, Amanda Seyfried and Sandra Bullock).

With five nominations each, the night is shaping up to be a "New Moon"/"Avatar" fight to the finish. "New Moon" director Chris Weitz knows who he's rooting for. Spoiler alert: it's exactly who you think.

You might've read about the alleged "Twilight" salary dispute kerfuffle, but take it from Nikki Reed: it's not true. "I think it's kind of an obvious thing that we would all come back to do ['Breaking Dawn']," she told MTV News earlier this week. "The media gets involved. I mean, I didn't really read anything that was printed — at least the things that were printed about me."

She can't speak for Ashley Greene or Kellan Lutz, the cast members who reportedly held out for more dough, but Nikki said there was never a doubt that the Cullens would return.

Though we have to wait until Friday to read "The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner: An Eclipse Novella," "Twilight" fans looking to learn more about the short-lived but important "Eclipse" character should not miss this handy new video from the folks at Twilight Examiner (it also premiered on 10 other fan sites) that introduces Bree, a newborn vampire, to the moviegoing audience. More importantly, however, it also helps us learn a lot more about Jodelle Ferland, the actress who plays her.

Jodelle is soft-spoken and polite, and based on the behind-the-scenes footage in the clip, she is very good at cowering in fear. She also has a friendly smile, which becomes a little unnerving when she grins while wearing her red contacts.

Hollywood Crush Public Service Announcement: You guys, the "Eclipse" soundtrack is now streaming online (listen to it for free while you can!), and it's REALLY GOOD. Like, really good. Seriously. We listened to the whole thing. As far as "The Twilight Saga" goes, it's the best soundtrack yet, despite the lack of original Robert Pattinson numbers. Like "New Moon," the tracklisting is super-indiefied, but unlike "New Moon," the songs aren't too boring or angsty (don't lie, you know you skipped over half of those songs after you listened to them once).

To help you navigate all 15 new tracks, we gave each one a listen. While there were certainly a few standouts (the folky Fanfarlo tracks, The Black Keys' old school rock jam, Metric's indie pop number, the songs from Cee Lo Green, Florence + the Machine, and Battles), we compiled our thoughts on most of the songs, in the form of yearbook superlatives!

The fact that Ashton Kutcher is shirtless for an extended period of time at the beginning of his new movie, "Killers," is not the only reason we're excited to see the film when it opens this weekend (it also looks cute and funny, and it stars the always-great Katherine Heigl), but boy, is it a good one.

"The character's going swimming," Ashton explained of the scene to MTV News. "What are you gonna do? I gotta go kill somebody."

Want to spend your hard-earned money on "Eclipse" merchandise, but sad there's no customized, "Twilight"-approved currency option available for Twihards such as yourself? Well, be sad no longer — Summit Entertainment has signed a deal with "teen finance solution" MYPLASH Prepaid Cards (works the same way as a gift card!) to create a licensed series of reloadable, prepaid gift cards emblazoned with "Eclipse" images. Now you can buy "Twilight"-branded merchandise WITH a piece of "Twilight"-branded merchandise!

The cards, which will be available to purchase on the MYPLASH site, come in nine different styles: two varieties of the "Twilight" trinity (Trio Far and Trio Close), solo shots of Edward, Bella, Jacob, and Rosalie (yes, random — she's the only other Cullen with her own card), the three Volturi men (Felix, Alec, and Demetri — no Jane! — Volturi Group, officially), the entire Cullen Group (including Edward), and the entire Wolf Pack Family (including Leah Clearwater and Emily).

Maybe Katherine Heigl should lie more. The actress told MTV News while promoting her new movie, "Killers" (out June 4), that, like Ashton Kutcher's character in the film, her real-life husband, Josh Kelley, thinks lies can be necessary in a relationship.

"He's nice and doesn't tell me that I have my father's feet or hammer toes or whatever mean things that are the honest truth," she said.

Attention: Kristen Stewart would like if you would please just stop asking her if she's dating Robert Pattinson. "People always ask me if I’m dating Robert. It’s beyond annoying," she told Elle UK exclusively for the July cover story. "What I say is, that, why would I want anything that’s private to become entertainment for other people? People say that if I just tell them everything I’ll be left alone, but God, you think if I tell people they’ll leave me alone? They pick up every little scrap, and that’s much worse."

We're guilty of being just as curious as everyone else, but it's understandable that Kristen's relationship status has become a tiresome topic of conversation over the past couple of years. The actress has been a tabloid staple ever since "Twilight"'s 2008 release.

Miley Cyrus would like you to know that she's grown up. The dark, edgy (dare we say Gaga-esque?) video for "Can't Be Tamed" might've tipped you off, but if not, this week's Billboard cover story ought to do the trick.

"I'm just at a certain place where I've changed a lot as a person," the 17-year-old told Billboard. "I've grown up a lot, which everyone does."

With "Hannah Montana" ending this year, the June 22 release of Miley's new album on Hollywood Records will introduce Miley's post-Disney era. Her main concern? Not looking fake.
