Beau Mirchoff Promises 'More Drama' For Season 3 Of 'Awkward'

"Awkward" fans should get hyped for season three. Beau Mirchoff explained that when the show returns to MTV this April, love will definitely be in the air.

"Matty and Jenna have had this opportunity to really know each other and kind of start this relationship and kind of deepen their relationship," he told MTV News this week. "He's finally open with his relationship with Jenna, which he hasn’t been in the past. So you're gonna see Matty being romantic and happy with his situation.That’s kind of one of the most prevalent changes from the first two seasons."

Olivia Wilde couldn't help but be charmed by her fiancé, "Saturday Night Live" funnyman Jason Sudeikis. We must say, we don't blame her.

She immediately had a crush on him, telling Marie Claire in their April issue that she didn’t think she had a shot with him.

"I thought, 'He won’t be interested in me; I’m not a contender.' He was so cool, so funny—I was such a fan of his and had always fancied his speed and his intelligence," she said. "He's a brilliant actor with a brain like lightening... I felt like fresh meat at the market... I thought, ‘I’m not beautiful enough or his type.’ I couldn’t wait to sit down and hear him talk. On our first date, in New York City, we closed the restaurant down at 2 a.m.! He didn’t kiss me, and I was madly in love. I was overwhelmed."

Kristen StewartWhile Kristen Stewart has made a career of balancing big-budget films and smaller indies, she just couldn't make time for "K-11." While she had an in for a bigger role in the LGBT-themed prison drama (her mom is the director!), she wasn't able to take time out of her busy filming schedule for a lead role.

"She kept working and she kept working and she kept working," mom Jules Stewart told Us Weekly about downsizing her daughter’s role in the movie. "And she got really big and we were still really small and I was like, 'Go! Go do 'Snow White,' please, go make those big films honey, that's wonderful!'"

And she’s definitely making strides towards more mature films. She’ll have to wait and see if her role in the titillating “Spring Breakers” gets her any closer, but she knew that it was a leap she needed to make, regardless.

Alexis Bledel Joins Fox's 'Friends And Family'

Hot on the heels of all those renewals for shows like "New Girl" and "The Mindy Project," comes word that Alexis Bledel, America’s favorite Gilmore girl, has just been cast in the new Fox sitcom "Friends and Family."

Jason Ritter has been cast as her love interest on the single-camera pilot, which will be the American version of the BBC series "Gavin & Stacey." According to The Wrap, the show will focus on Alexis and Jason’s long-distance romance, and how their friends and family (oh, we get it!) keep interrupting their plans. Haven’t they heard the saying, “If the van is a rockin', don’t come a knockin'”?

'New Girl,' 'Mindy Project' Get Renewed!

Girl power lives on! Fox has just confirmed that "New Girl" and "The Mindy Project" will be back for more LOL-worthy shenanigans during the 2013-2014 TV season kicking off this fall.

"New Girl" will be back for its third season later this year, while "The Mindy Project" will be back for its sophomore turn on the network. Fellow Tuesday night comedy "Raising Hope" also got renewed.

“Mindy Project” star and the show’s namesake Mindy Kaling was definitely excited about the chance to try and find rom-com worthy love for a second season, shouting out the network’s entertainment president Kevin Reilly on Twitter shortly after the announcement. She wrote, “I love you, Kevin Reilly.” (We kind of do too if it means more “Mindy” for us!)

'90210' Over!

And then there were seven. "90210" is ending its five-year run this May, and there are only seven episodes left for fans to enjoy.

The network announced that the show’s May 13 finale will serve as its series’ ender. "The CW has had five great seasons with America’s favorite zip code, 90210," Mark Pedowitz, president of The CW, said in a statement. "I'd like to thank the talented cast, producers, and crew for all their hard work and dedication to the series. We are very proud of the West Beverly High alumni."

'Bling Ring,' 'Spectacular Now' Ready For Summer Release Dates

There are no two films we’d rather spend our summer vacation with than "The Bling Ring" and "The Spectacular Now." Lucky for us, we’ll be able to do so.

Sofia Coppola's based-on-true-events flick, "The Bling Ring," which stars Emma Watson, has got an official date picked out in June. It opens June 14, according to The Wrap. The film is based on Nancy Jo Sales’ Vanity Fair article “The Suspects Wore Louboutins,” and is about a group of teenagers who stole from Hollywood A-listers like Lindsay Lohan, Orlando Bloom, Paris Hilton and Rachel Bilson.
