Demi Lovato has always been an open book when it comes to sharing the ups and downs of her life. But the singer is letting fans delve deeper into her life in the just-released e-book, "Demi," which serves as a companion piece to her album of the same name.
The e-book chronicles the 20-year-old's career and takes Lovatics inside the making of Demi, which dropped last month. "I wrote about personal experiences and became more candid about them," she says in a video clip featured in the release. "I also feel like my lyrics were more vulnerable, and I'm just really proud of how honest I was in this album."
Fans of Ariana Grande and Jennette McCurdy need to mark June 26 on their calendars. That's the day the two Nick stars celebrate their birthdays. And, it’s a big one for both of them. Ariana will bid her teen years good-bye as she turns 20, and Jennette can party all she wants now that she will soon be 21.
The "Sam & Cat" stars are still trying to nail down how they might spend their joint big day. "I’m trying to think. It’s my 21st. I haven’t had a party in like years, I think since I was 13 was my last official party," Jennette confessed to MTV News. "So I don’t know. I’ve been toying with some different ideas, but now it seems like scheduling conflicts are kind of interfering."
Aaron Tveit can sing, dance, act and, thusly, has definitely stolen our hearts. The "Les Miserables" actor will soon, well, grace the small screen on USA’s latest guilty pleasure, "Graceland," which kicks off Thursday. So, is there a better way to celebrate the show’s premiere than by naming Aaron this week’s Hump Day Hottie? We didn't think so.
Check out this dreamy photo of Aaron, and keep reading for more details about him!
Vital stats: Dreamy Aaron, 29, grew up in Middletown, NY, where he got an early taste for acting and musical theater. He eventually headed to Ithaca College, where he further cultivated his talents. Drum roll, please! Channing Tatum and his wifey, Jenna Dewan-Tatum, have named their baby girl, Everly.
The couple made the announcement on Monday, the same day news broke she had given birth to their first child together while in London over the weekend. "Jenna Dewan-Tatum and Channing Tatum are thrilled to announce the birth of their daughter, Everly Tatum, who was born on May 31st in London," People reports.
Prior to little Everly’s birth, Magic Mike himself opened up to Vanity Fair about fatherhood. And it should be noted, he totally called that the couple was having a girl. Jenna, for the record, guessed a boy was on the way.
When Nina Dobrev isn't vamping it up on the small screen, "The Vampire Diaries" star spends her time dreaming about another career, and it is one that is very much clad in plaid.
"I've always dreamed of being a 'BurberryGirl', but I know it'll never happen, because I'm not British. Still, you can't stop a girl from dreaming," the Company magazine cover girl says in the July issue (via Just Jared).
So, until then, she tells the British fashion magazine that she will continue to feed her addiction for the brand, "And owning way too many Burberry coats!"
Want to take one of the guys of One Direction to school with you this fall? Well, the group has teamed up with Office Depot to make that scenario a bit more plausible... and it's even for a good cause. The UK boy band has teamed up with the retailer for a collection of specially-designed products that promote the "1D+OD LIVE.LOVE.MOVE Together Against Bullying" campaign.
The products will hit the retail chain just in time for the 2013 school year with portions of the proceeds going to anti?bullying educational program. "We are thrilled to launch the '1D+OD Together Against Bullying' alliance with One Direction," Bob Moore, the Chief Marketing and Merchandising Officer for Office Depot, said in a statement. "Office Depot is committed to making a difference in students' lives with meaningful anti-bullying education, and thanks to the powerful voices of Niall, Harry, Zayn, Louis, and Liam, we will make considerable progress."
Channing Tatum, Mr. Magic Mike himself, has a confession to make. He likes to eat a lot, and sometimes lets his famous, dollar-bill-worthy abs get flabby in between roles. So, he has an idea for his next project that would allow him to indulge in all the food he could ever want.
"I'm a fat kid on the inside. I love food so much, and I fluctuate about 25 [to] 30 pounds between movies. I feel like I have to do a chess movie that requires very little movement at some point, just so I can eat pizza and play chess on the beach all day. And then eat more pizza and cheeseburgers and drink beer. That'd be amazing," he tells Cosmopolitan.
"I'd give anything for that. I gotta figure that movie out."
Just as the summer temperatures are about to rise, Demi Lovato is offering up a book to add to your beach reading list. The singer/actress/reality TV judge has plans to drop her self-titled e-book for iBooks on June 11, just in time for your summer vacation.
But, this isn't any old book. It's a multi-format e-book designed to act as a companion to her just-released album of the same name, Demi. It will include unreleased videos and photos, a foreword from her pal Ryan Seacrest and lots of behind-the-scenes materials that any Lovatic would love to get their hands on.
Another hottie has entered the "Game of Thrones," and we couldn’t be more excited to see Ed Skrein spice up our Sunday nights. So, to celebrate, we’re naming him this week’s Hump Day Hottie.
Check out this dreamy photo of Ed, and keep reading for more details about him!
Vital stats: This 30-year-old Brit is a man of many talents and a reformed bad boy. Not only is he an accomplished athlete and actor, but he’s also a musician and rapper. Yes, the rumers are true. (And, yes, we just made that pun. Let it go.) Rumer Willis has landed a role on "Pretty Little Liars."
The starlet will play a charity organizer named Zoe. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Rumer is slated to appear in one episode but could potentially end up with a recurring role on the series. She previously appeared on “90210,” so she’s definitely got some experience in the world of soapy primetime dramas.
Rumer’s episode will air in July, and here’s what we know so far: Zoe is described as a do-gooder with a sense of humor. Though, given how much action takes place in Rosewood, we just hope that Zoe doesn’t scare easy. Or, at least, has a few answers to the many, many questions laid out last season. Or, maybe she’s Red Coat. We haven’t seen her (or his) face yet...so really, anyone and everyone is a suspect.
