Does the drama ever end for the kids of "Degrassi"? Thankfully, the answer is a big, fat "no." And lucky for you, we here at Hollywood Crush have gotten our hands on an exclusive sneak peek of what's to come during the back half of season 12 when it picks up on Friday.
In the teaser clip, Bianca is trying to keep her engagement to Drew a secret, mostly because he's afraid his mom might convince the kids to not go through with it. Bianca’s having a bit of a moral crisis because she wants to break the news so as not to break her relationship with Mama Audra, even if Drew is settled on staying away from her.
Other big storylines will include Eli looking for his next great muse, and conservative new girl Becky Baker trying to fend off her feelings for Adam. Before the season kicked off, back in July, "Degrassi" actress Jessica Tyler shared just how much the Bakers might be affected by the liberal world of Degrassi High.
It's time to say goodbye to the hit ABC Family series "The Secret Life of the American Teenager." The show will end its five-season run on the network once the current season wraps next year. The back half of the season will hit the network in March, Deadline reports. But, as the end approaches, it seems leading lady Shailene Woodley had been ready to bid a fond farewell to the series since this summer.
Shailene chatted with MTV News about the future of the show as it prepared to celebrate its 100th episode and shared this:
We assume just by looking at him that Stephen Amell has good aim as the star of The CW's superhero series "Arrow." But we know for certain that he's shooting straight for our hearts. His show kicks off this week, and to prepare for the shirtless vigilante justice that'll take place on our TV screens, we have bestowed the title of Hump Day Hottie on Stephen.

Vital stats: The 31-year-old grew up in Canada. And, here’s a fun fact we uncovered about this week’s choice babe: He is the older cousin of "Pretty Little Liars" cutie Eric Kahn, played by Robbie Amell. It seems hotness is genetic for the Amell clan.
We've got a secret, and we can't keep it any longer: "Pretty Little Liars" has just been picked up for a fourth season. A-pparently ABC Family must have heard how much we love the series and decided to give us more A-mazing episodes.
Here's the scoop: The fourth season of the show will get 24 more action-packed episodes, all set to kick off in summer 2013 (via Monsters and Critics). But, of course, you don’t have to wait that long for new eps of the show. Thank goodness, right?
Lena Dunham knows that her "Girls" nude scenes are probably going to be hard to explain to her kids one day. But that most likely won't stop her from doffing her top when season two of her HBO series returns in January.
"There may be a time when I have to explain to my daughters, 'You probably shouldn't be naked on television.' Most situations, it's not a good idea to be naked on television," she said of her scantily clad scenes during Fortune magazine's annual Most Powerful Women Summit (via Reuters).
Shiver me timbers! There's a hot pirate joining the already hottie-filled world of "Once Upon A Time." Let’s all welcome Captain Hook himself, Colin O'Donoghue, not only to the show, but also to the coveted order of Hump Day Hotties.

Vital stats: The 31-year-old grew up in Ireland and later spent some time in France. In addition to acting, he is also in a band, The Enemies. They have played festivals like South by Southwest and had their music featured in campaigns for General Motors, Coca Cola and Direct TV.
Miley Cyrus is in talks to play Bonnie Parker in a Lifetime/History miniseries about famed criminals and lovers, Bonnie and Clyde Barrow. But while Miley has yet to confirm her part in the very much in-the-works project, no names have surfaced regarding who could play her better half on the small screen.
Considering that there's no shortage of Hollywood babes who could get us to do very bad things, we decided to hold our own casting session and toss out some possible contenders to play the bank-robbing bad guy.
Skylar Astin is one of those guys who happens to be a triple threat, or at least a very solid double one. He can sing and act and has us swooning over his many talents this week as one of the stars of "Pitch Perfect." So, if you weren’t already planning on rushing to the theater to check out the flick this weekend when it opens in limited release, perhaps naming Skylar this week’s Hump Day Hottie might give you a reason or two.
Check out this dreamy video of Skylar and keep reading for more details about him!
Vital stats: Skylar, 25, is a New York native. And while he attempted university life, studying for a spell at the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU, he eventually left it all behind for acting and Hump Day Hottie-ness.
"A favorite hump? No," he joked to Hollywood Crush about the honor, before sharing, "I am so new to the hottie group I didn’t know the responsibilities. My favorite line? I always think lines are so weird, man. I’m super honest. I can be forward if I’m trying. I think that’s okay, like to be honestly forward. That’s weird."
At the end of the first season of "New Girl," Jess and the crew saved poor Nick from making the worst mistake of his life by leaving the roomies' cozy L.A. pad to move in with his pretty terrible girlfriend. And, while much of season one teased that something romantic could eventually happen between Nick and Jess, the folks behind the characters, Jake Johnson and Zooey Deschanel, say that it might be a while before they end up together.
"I’ll tell you, I think Jess got Nick back [when they were in the desert]. She gave him the talk. I think it meant something to him and that SOB wasn’t ready to leave," Jake told MTV News, before joking that he often gets asked about the potential for Nick and Jess."Well, you know, we haven’t been asked that so [laughs]... I think that something eventually is going to happen, but they’re not telling us, and I’ll be honest, I don’t think they know."
"The Mindy Project" premieres tonight on Fox, and while star Mindy Kaling spent years playing vapid Kelly on "The Office," she’s finding a little more heart (and a much better wardrobe) for her eponymous comedy.
The show follows lady doctor Mindy as she navigates life and love in the big city. She’s got it together as a doctor, but is less stellar at making the whole romance thing work. In a lot of ways, she’s like a nicer, more mature Kelly.
"I mean one thing that’s really fun is like when you come from 'The Office' and then you go to play a character who has, like, disposable income and lives in New York City," she told MTV News recently. "I get to wear sometimes, like, kind of cool clothes. It's like when you create a show and you get to actually let yourself wear cool clothes. Cause I worked in Scranton. I worked at a paper company in Scranton."
