"American Idol" runner-up Adam Lambert took a break from the flutter of gossip swirling around the Internet this week about his relationship with interior designer Drake LaBry ("I'll take the Fifth on that one," he told reporters) at Hollywood Life's 11th Annual Young Hollywood Awards on June 7 to literally take a bite out of "Twilight" director Catherine Hardwicke's neck.

Could Lambert, who took home the Young Hollywood Artist of the Year prize, be showing his, er, appreciation for the movie maker in order to win a role in her next flick, an adaptation of "Hamlet"? Or do you think he was really just hungry?

Proposal Sure Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock's upcoming romantic comedy "The Proposal" — about a lowly assistant who is forced into marrying his anal retentive publishing exec boss so she can keep her U.S. visa — looks hilarious, but that isn't the only reason we're really counting down the days till its release on June 19...

Here are five more (in obvious order or priority):

1. The chance to see Mr. Scarlett Johansson in his — ahem super sexy!— birthday suit. ("I often refer to it as Cirque du Soleil porn," Reynolds told CTV of the scene in which his character full-on collides with Bullock's... in the buff)
2. The chance to see Bullock's reaction to No. 1.
3. Betty White plays a lovable yet pushy grandma who insists that the engaged couple use the "baby maker" (a.k.a. blanket that apparently has good luck in the pregnancy department) when they sleep. How awkwardly sweet!
4. It's Bullock's first rom com since 2005. We've so missed her in the genre!
5. See No. 1.
