FROM SPLASH PAGE: Robert Pattinson and his brooding "Twilight" alter ego might not be the first things that come to mind when contemplating the casting for Brett Ratner's upcoming, big-screen adaptation of the superhero series "Youngblood," but that's exactly whose name the filmmaker dropped when asked if he had any actors in mind.

"Definitely [Robert Pattinson] from 'Twilight,'" Ratner told MTV News when asked if he has his eye on any potential "Youngblood" actors at this point. "He just feels like he belongs in that world. I don't only see him as a vampire, he's a really good actor."

When it comes to Comic-Con, "Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs" star Anna Faris has something in common with a lot of the show's attendees: she hearts "Twilight" star Robert Pattinson.

However, the man who brought Edward Cullen to the big screen isn't the star Faris is most excited to have the chance to rub elbows with during the show. That honor goes to Johnny Depp.

"I am a fan, totally," said Faris when asked if she's a "Twilight" fan. "I haven't met [Robert Pattinson] yet. I want him to give me that eye-smolder." But when we brought up Depp's surprise appearance the show, Faris changed her tune. "That's the one," Faris said of Depp. "I would really like to meet him."

"He probably has not seen 'The House Bunny,'" she joked.

So, which is it? Depp or Pattinson? Weigh in with your thoughts!
