We already wished "Vampire Diaries" star Nina Dobrev a happy 24th birthday (and provided her with a super-handy bucket list while we were at it), but now it's time for someone a bit more intimate with the starlet to send his regards.

We have to imagine Nina and boyfriend Ian have already done plenty of celebrating, but it's always nice to get a public shout-out too, right?

Nina DobrevLight the candles and mix up the Funfetti, y'all: It's Nina Dobrev's birthday! The willowy star of "The Vampire Diaries" turns 24 today, which means cake and presents and celebrations galore...but it also means that she's got only one year left before she's scheduled for the traumatically trendy horror of a quarter-life crisis. (All the kids are doing it these days.)

So while you sing the birthday song to Miss Dobrev—you are singing, right?—we've put together a sampling of things for her to cross off her bucket list over the next year, to maximize her chances of hitting the big two-five with regrets numbering ZERO. And here it is! Without further ado...

Well wishes are in order for "Pretty Little Liars" starlet Ashley Benson, who turns the ripe old age of 23 today. Happy birthday, Ashley!

At least one of Ashley's co-stars has already honored her big day, with Lucy Hale sending out a simple Tweet for her cute co-star.

We all know 13 is Taylor Swift's lucky number, but perhaps she should consider 23 her back-up. The country cutie turns the big 2-3 today, and we can't help but wonder if this is, in fact, her best birthday ever.

After all, in addition to releasing her new music video for the track "I Knew You Were Trouble" (watch it above!) the songstress got word today that her "The Hunger Games" song "Safe and Sound" was nominated for a Golden Globe. "Best birthday surprise EVER-just found out that Safe&Sound is nominated for a GOLDEN GLOBE!! Thank you @goldenglobes and HFPA! #hungergames," she tweeted.

If you follow "Awkward" actress Jillian Rose Reed on Twitter, you're probably aware that the starlet has something of a Twittermance with "Boy Meets World" star Ben Savage (and you wouldn't be the only one to notice).

Well, now it looks like Jillian is one step closer to her 2012 goal of making the erstwhile Cory Matthews her BFF. And, for what it's worth, Jillian, we don't think your invitation is creepy at all. (And if Ben doesn't' accept, we're more than happy to swing by for the festivities!)

Zac EfronHappy birthday, dear Zefron, happy birthday to you! And nuts to anyone who thought that the "High School Musical" star would fade into obscurity after his teenage years came to a close. Today, on his 25th birthday, there's no doubt that Zac Efron has fully morphed from a Disney heartthrob into a strapping, charismatic leading man. And while we hope he's celebrating like mad somewhere out there right now, there's no time for the birthday boy to indulge in any silly rites of passage like a quarter-life crisis; he's one of Hollywood's busiest actors. So while he blows out his candles and rounds a corner on his mid-to-late 20s, let's check in on all the projects that Zac has in store in the coming year.

May the odds be ever in Josh Hutcherson's favor as "The Hunger Games" star turns 20 years old today. Happy birthday, Josh!

In addition to marking two decades on this planet, 2012 boasts another significant milestone for the actor: 10 years in Hollywood. And just in case your math skills are as rusty as ours, that equates to half a lifetime spent under the bright lights.

Josh made his acting debut in the 2002 TV movie "Becoming Glen," followed by "House Blend" (another small-screen film) and a guest appearance on the hit series "ER."

As such, we thought it might be fun to raid the archives for photographic evidence of Josh's 10-year-old cuteness. And look what we found! We just want to pinch those chipmunk cheeks! What a long way Mr. Hutcherson has come.

Quarter-life crisis, what? Not for Hilary Duff, who turned the ripe ol' age of 25 today. Happy birthday, Hilary! The singer/actress took to Twitter today to thank her fans for all of the well-wishes that made her feel oh-so loved on her special day.

The last year has certainly been a big one for the actress. In October, she released her second novel, "Devoted," a sequel to the best-selling "Elixir." Then, in March, she gave birth to her first child, son Luca Cruz Comrie, with hockey-player husband Mike Comrie. And just last night, the new mom appeared on an episode of "Project Runway" to judge the contestants' baby outfit designs. (Busy mama!)

Today, Beyoncé will Run the World (or, at the very least, her besties' evening plans) considering it's her birthday! The songstress turns 31 years old today, and we aren't the only ones blasting 4 on repeat in celebration.

Among the stars wishing Bey glad tidings via Twitter was Justin Bieber, who's been anything but shy regarding his crush on the "Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)" belter. But, seeing as Beyoncé is no single lady, and Justin has his own lady love in the form of fellow pop tart Selena Gomez, we'll assume this is a purely friendly missive. (Though we don't blame him for keeping the date on his calendar just in case.)

Well wishes are in order for "Glee" star Lea Michele, who turns the ripe ol' age of 26 today. Happy birthday, Lea! Of course, the actress got plenty of love around the Twittersphere for her big day, including from co-stars like Kevin McHale (who also gave a shout out to the late Michael Jackson, who would have been 54 today).

Lea took to Twitter earlier today to thank fans their messages of love. And last night, she let spill that a certain "very special" someone was helping ring in her 26th year. (Translation: Must be boyfriend Cory Monteith...)
