FROM MTV STYLE: You've already seen the outcome of Jennifer Lawrence's work on the new Miss Dior campaign, for which she is the (ridiculously gorgeous) face, but here's a little something for the extra-curious: a behind-the-scenes video from the shoot that created the sure-to-be iconic images used in the ads. In it, Jennifer glides effortlessly from one pretty pose to another and talks about what the Dior brand means to her.

Slow your roll, everyone. "New Girl" Zooey Deschanel didn't cut her hair ahead of last night's Oscar ceremony. Did she have you fooled?
The actress took to Twitter today to clear up any confusion, lest you think she chopped her locks. And the Oscar for biggest tresses tease goes to... I think you can predict this one.
Last night's Oscar ceremony was a veritable parade of wild style, with all the celebs on the scene dressed to the glamorous nines in their finest finery. Custom couture, voluminous gowns, and daring down-to-there necklines or up-to-here slits were all on display—along with the inevitable handful of fashion faux pas that everyone looooves to hate. But with so many dressed-up stars to dress down with a little insightful criticism, it's hard to know where to start... unless you watch this smart little clip in which MTV News' Christina Garibaldi and MTV Style's Mary H.K. Choi do the hard work of dissecting the most talked-about looks from the Academy Awards. Where do the ladies come down on last night's most controversial wardrobe choices?
For one, Jennifer Lawrence's blush-pink Dior dress gets a big thumbs up from our critics (and a big raspberry to everyone who made jokes about couture made out of curtains). And Jessica Chastain, whose dress selection has been hit-or-miss this awards season, pulled out all the stops last night with a nude strapless gown and luscious red lipstick that landed her on everyone's best-dressed list—including ours.
All eyes were on Jennifer Lawrence at last night's Academy Awards ceremony...and not simply because she took a tumble accepting her Best Actress statuette. No, the "Silver Linings Playbook" starlet stunned in a form-fitting, blush-colored Dior Haute Couture gown that was so on-trend with the night's fair frocks.
But once the big show wrapped, the 22-year-old stepped out (statuette in hand) in a much different look for the annual Vanity Fair Oscar party, and, well, that was a dress. Jennifer accentuated all of her curves in a metallic sparkler by Calvin Klein, which complemented her friend Oscar rather perfectly.
Of course, both gowns captured very different moods (elegant vs. sexy), but we want you to make the call: Which look was loveliest? Vote in our poll!
Color is so 2012. This year, whites, creams and blushes ruled the Oscars red carpet, as our favorite starlets strutted in hues that defied the rainbow.
Leading the ladies was "Silver Linings Playbook" star and Best Actress nominee Jennifer Lawrence, who looked like she was ready to walk down the aisle in her pale pink Dior Haute Couture gown. (A hint of what's to come in "Catching Fire," perhaps?) Also in fine, fair form (some might even say the fairest of them all) was "Snow White and the Huntsman" actress Kristen Stewart, who worked her Reem Acra like a boss, despite toting a pair of crutches as accessories. (GUUUURRRRRRLLLL, you gotta be careful!)
The snow from Superstorm Nemo has mostly melted by now, but our favorite celebs are still favoring white-hot winter looks. One Oscar nominee looked anything but "Misérables" in white fur, while another starlet looked ready for a "Spring Breakers" wet T-shirt contest. Read on to find out the winner of this week’s Style Superstar honors!
Anne Hathaway was pixie perfect at a recent fundraising event in Los Angeles. She accessorized her adorable three-quarter sleeve white mesh mini dress with a metallic purse and heels, and then topped it off with an elegant off-white fur coat. It can be difficult to play with proportions like this, but Annie’s an expert; the cropped coat stands out without having to compete for attention. If she had been on the freezing East Coast instead of sunny California, her outfit would have looked just as fantastic with a pair of thick black tights. Well done, Ms. Hathaway!
FROM MTV STYLE: With Oscar nods for Jennifer Lawrence, Bradley Cooper, Robert De Niro and Jacki Weaver, the cast of "Silver Linings Playbook" is clearly a talented bunch. But they had plenty of off-screen help bringing their characters to life, including costume designer Mark Bridges.
In anticipation of this weekend's Academy Awards, our friends over at MTV Style dialed up Mark to chat all about Jen's dark wardrobe, Bradley's "trashy" workout wear and the duo's dance gear.

Effie Trinket would be so proud!
"The Hunger Games" starlet Jennifer Lawrence looks every inch the stunning sophisticate in a new series of ads for Miss Dior that debuted today on Women's Wear Daily.
As you'll recall, the 22-year-old was tapped last October to be the new face of the handbag—a quilted clutch that doubles as a shoulder bag with its silver chain handle. (Is it too early to add the accessory to our Christmas wish list? Please, Santa!?)
Mirror, mirror on the wall: Lily Collins is the fairest of them all!
The erstwhile Snow White was a black-and-white dream at last night's Costume Designers Guild Awards ceremony, cutting quite the form in her Paule Ka frock complete with deep V and over-sized back bow.
Lily was on hand to accept her "Mirror Mirror" costumer Eiko Ishioka's posthumous award for Outstanding Fantasy Film.
FROM MTV STYLE: Canary yellow mesh tanks don't just happen YOU GUYS. They have to be carefully curator by a detail-conscious costume designer, whose expertise on weave and texture is unparalleled. Such was the case for the instantly iconic top Lena Dunham donned during the recent "Girls" episode "Bad Friend."
Our sleuthy gal pals at MTV Style sat down with costume designer Jenn Rogien to get the back story on the eye-catching (and boob-revealing) shirt (DUH IT'S A SHIRT), in addition to details on Hannah's growing shorterall fetish and so much more.
