Hollywood Crush has moved! come with us to mtv news »

Have you embraced an evergreen today? April 22 is Earth Day—an observance uniting millions around the globe in a single mission to clean up our planet. Our friends over at MTV Act have a list of five ways to take action on Earth Day, and it's a good one. After you've checked off a few items and done your part, why not treat yourself? With what, you may be asking. How about a handful of hot guys who've also gone green (by way of their clothing)? Sure, they're not all environmentalists, but no one's perfect!

Hollywood Crush's boyfriend Ryan Gosling is a sucker for a sapphire suit, evidenced by two separate though similarly hued looks he's sported over the last couple of years. The actor cut quite a form in a sleek green Gucci suit at the "Ides of March" premiere in L.A. in 2011, and in March, crushed us in a velvet number at "The Place Beyond the Pines" premiere in New York.

Ryan's made his commitment to the environment known, most recently penning a letter decrying the poor treatment of cattle.

If the longish, loose, shoulder-grazing bob wasn't already this spring's hottest haircut, it certainly is now! None other than Jennifer Lawrence stepped out at the GLAAD Awards this weekend with her honey-colored tresses in a freshly cropped, layered 'do with breezy sideswept bangs. It's a pretty major change for the actress, who's been sporting long, wavy locks a la Farrah Fawcett ever since she came on the Hollywood scene—and you know what, we think it looks fabulous.

See the look from every angle by clicking on the photo above!

But knowing that the public doesn't always love it when their favorite stars make a drastic style change, let's take it to the polls! Is Jennifer's new hairdo a trendsetting winner that'll inspire Emma-Watson's-pixie levels of copycat chops? Or do you wish she'd left her tresses bigger, long and uncut?

Although we love a pretty dress or glam gown as much as the next guy, there's something extra sexy and stylish about a woman who can rock some menswear—as evidenced by not one, but two of Hollywood's finest femme fatales having put on their party pants this week. One of them is our Style Superstar; the other is...well, something, anyway. Who's legging it out in our fashion feature?

First up: It's Carey Mulligan, who pre-empted what's sure to be a seriously glamorous series of Gatsby-related appearances with a striking androgynous look at the Tiffany and Co. Blue Book Ball. With her hair in a platinum pompadour and her face kept very bare, Carey traded her usual feminine style for something that looks straight out of Tilda Swinton's closet —and we looooooove it. This Victoria Beckham tuxedo with a down-to-there plunge neckline is so flattering on her, and the cutaway sleeves add a chic edge to the otherwise classic silhouette.

It's been a long time coming, ladies and gents, but Miss Ashley Tisdale has finally found herself on the right side of our Style Superstar feature! ...And by "right," we actually mean "left," since that's where we put our pictured pick for most favoritest red carpet outfit each week. Whatever. Semantics. The point is, Ashley sported this Maria Lucia Hohan gown at the Los Angeles premiere of "Scary Movie 5"—and we could just scream, it looks so good.

This grownup, gothic glamour is just the thing for an actress who's struggled to inject a little maturity into her wardrobe. Oftentimes, Ashley walks the red carpet in looks that would be more appropriate for a teenage girl; this time, she went big with a sleek silhouette, a sparkly fabric and lots of alluring cutout details that showed off her flawless figure and made her look every inch the grownup lady she is. Own it, Ashley! (Sure, the vibe of the thing is a little "Elvira"—but where else would you wear such a thing if not to the L.A. premiere of a spoof horror flick?) The only thing that stinks about this dress is how nobody managed to catch it from a better angle; we would have loved to see it in motion.

The "Vampire Academy" movie might finally be getting made, but fans of Richelle Mead's series have been obsessing over its story for well over five years. Jewelry designer Janet Cadsawan was one of those fans, and she combined her passions for Richelle's world and for creating beautiful jewelry into a line for enthusiasts like her.

"The books are amazing—,it's an incredible story. After I read all the books, I just called up [Richelle] and I said, 'Is anyone doing your jewelry because these tattoos will be perfect jewelry and I can just see it on people,'" Janet told Hollywood Crush of her official "Vampire Academy" and "Bloodlines" jewelry collections. "Anyone who's a fan, they want the story to continue, and the only way they can do it is by symbols or wearing a piece of jewelry, wearing clothes or getting a tattoo or something like that because they really identify with the story."

We've already been nursing something of a crush on "Catfish" star Nev Schulman (you too, Max!), but then the guy had to go and do this:

Sigh. All we want to know is, Nev, why didn't you call us first?

Rosario Dawson is, alas, one of the stylish celebs whom we don't see nearly enough on the red carpet. But when she does emerge? She kills it. Exhibit A: her latest look, from the New York premiere of her new movie, "Trance," which is an exercise in Style Superstar-worthy perfection.

Rosario's statuesque silhouette was beautifully flattered by this sophisticated Bottega Veneta dress, with blouson sleeves, a leather belt and an asymmetrical zip accent that keeps the pretty pink look from veering into twee territory. The dusty rose shade is great on her, too—as are the mauve patent pumps that finish off the look, an unexpected touch that's also a great example of Rosario's uncanny style intuition. Most people would've gone with a boring neutral shoe, but not our Superstar!

The Oscars might present a major sartorial challenge for Hollywood's young stars—what to wear for an event where everyone and anyone is ready to pounce on your slightest fashion flaw?—but they're nothing compared to the conundrum of dressing for the Kids' Choice Awards: where, in addition to looking pretty and put-together on the red carpet, you must be prepared for the eventuality of getting slimed with grody green goop. Which is why this week's Style Superstar featurees get kudos not just for cuteness, but courage, as they braved the one and only awards show where things can get truly messy and an adorable outfit is at high risk for ruination.

This week's winner? It's Bella Thorne, who struck the perfect balance of fresh, fun and fancy in her two-piece metallic shell and miniskirt. A lot of stars arrive at the Kids' Choice Awards overdressed, but this outfit is exactly right: a classic silver sheath, some edgy pops of color (a green beaded necklace and pink patent heels) and free-flowing hair. Bella struck just the right mood for the year's most whimsical awards event! And she didn't get slimed, either. Bonus.

There were no signs of alien infestation at last night's special NYC showing of "The Host"—that is, unless you count the otherworldly style of its primo attendees. Stars Saoirse Ronan, Jake Abel, Max Irons, and Diane Kruger all looked superb as they posed for photos outside the Tribeca Grand Hotel, where The Cinema Society & Jaeger-LeCoultre were hosting a screening of the alien-invasion drama.

Saoirse was the standout of the evening, sporting a leather-trim dress with a notch hemline in a brilliant blue-green print. (Also, can we talk about her makeup? AMAZING.) Diane looked typically sophisticated in an understated studded tunic with stiletto boots over slim black pants. And Max and Jake, who looked like they might've been channeling the same style inspiration, were dapper in dark suits and casually unbuttoned dress shirts... and we might've spent much more time looking at them if not for the fact that Joshua Jackson, Diane Kruger's longtime gentleman friend, showed up in a totally poppin' blue suit and singlehandedly stole the man-fashion show.
