Who would have thunk it? "Charlie's Angels" is back in full throttle! According to Variety, the concept that originated in 1976 is set to be picked up by ABC. The same guy who adapted the now-defunct Fox series "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles," Josh Friedman, is set to write and exec produce.
The original show was a hit for five years starring the late, great Farrah Fawcett. That TV show later was adapted into two films starring Cameron Diaz, Lucy Liu and Drew Barrymore. Let’s think here. What if Farrah Fawcett had never starred in "Charlie’s Angels", what if Diane Keaton took her spot instead? Or Mia Farrow, maybe? All we know is that if Hollywood Crush were around at the time, we would have had something to say about it!
So, with that being said, we thought it would be rather fascinating to create our own casting suggestions for your personal amusement. After the jump, get ready to hit up the HC Casting Couch once again!

What if Cher Horowitz had been a vampire living in New York City instead of a well-intentioned Beverly Hills fashionista? As if! No, seriously. Amy Heckerling, the writer-director of the beloved 1995 film "Clueless" is the latest to sink her teeth into the genre with a new romantic comedy called "Vamps."
ScreenDaily.com is reporting that the film is "a modern-day tale of two young female vampires living the good life in New York until love enters the picture and each has to make a choice that will jeopardise their immortality." Krysten Ritter ("Breaking Bad," "Confessions of a Shopaholic") has been cast in one of the roles, meaning it's time to take a seat on the Hollywood Crush Casting Couch to find her bloodsucking bestie. It's nearly impossible to chose which dearly departed series we miss more: the heartwarming mother-daughter dramedy "Gilmore Girls" or the savvy Manhattan-centric "Sex and the City." Thankfully, we may not have to chose, as a new HBO series penned by "GG" creator Amy Sherman-Palladino (pictured far right in 2005 with "Gilmore" alums Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel) may allow us to revisit the best of both worlds.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the as-yet untitled series "chronicles the complicated relationship between three adult sisters, all writers sharing the same Upper East Side apartment building, and their mother, a domineering literary lioness who reserves most of her affections for their ne'er-do-well brother."
"It's a story of love, hate, family — and finding the perfect opening line," Amy added.

Grandmum Elizabeth already got the biopic treatment thanks to Helen Mirren's Oscar-winning turn in "The Queen," so we guess it's only fitting filmmakers turn their gaze to the fiery spare heir. (Let's be honest, Harry's hijinks make for much better big screen fodder than older brother William's princely ways, right?)
According to Britain's Daily Mail, the film, appropriately titled "The Spare," will "chart [Harry's] life from being trapped in a tragic fairytale to becoming a royal warrior, more at home on the field of battle with his men than in a palace." The screenplay will be finished near the end of the year, with shooting beginning around this time next year.
