"The Carrie Diaries" doesn't officially debut on The CW until January, but the '80s-set series arrived fashionably early in Manhattan last night, with its world premiere at the New York Television Festival.

Star AnnaSophia Robb, who plays the titular diarist, was a gilded girl in a dazzling Emilio Pucci dress, which complemented her hair and skin tone oh-so nicely. She was flanked on the pink carpet by executive producer Amy B. Harris (left) and "The Carrie Diaries" author/executive producer Candace Bushnell (right).

Robert Pattinson was in Sydney, Australia, this weekend to promote "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2," posing pretty in the harbor before the big red-carpet to-do. And if you were wondering whether Rob might have lost his ability to make the Edward Cullen Emo Sadface in the long months since filming wrapped on the last chapter of "The Twilight Saga," you will be delighted to see that his tortured pout makes a very distinctive appearance in this gallery of shots from Down Under.

The actor looked downright tortured as he perched on a mooring by the water—hand thrust into his hair, brows knit together, gazing soulfully into the distance. But the sad face was fleeting; Rob's grin was front-and-center by the time he hit the carpet, where he was typically charming and gracious whilst interacting with fans.

Breaking Dawn - Part 2With less than a month until "The Twilight Saga" draws to its cinematic conclusion with "Breaking Dawn - Part 2," we weren't expecting another trailer for the long-awaited finale. And, well, there isn't one...but there is a fresh featurette!

A two-minute clip debuted today on iTunes, and it's a nifty little look behind the scenes with saga stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene, Jackson Rathbone, Peter Facinelli, Mackenzie Foy and director Bill Condon. Much of the film footage is trailer retread, but what we bit into was the production shots, which offered a new perspective on familiar material. Here are our three favorite behind-the-scenes moments:

Cemeteries aren't exactly new territory for our favorite "Pretty Little Liars," but at least last night's visit to the land of gravestones and all that's ooky and spooky was full of treats—not tricks.

The cast of the hit ABC Family series congregated at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles Monday for the premiere of their Halloween special, "This Is a Dark Ride," and it seems the dress code could be best described as "autumnal casual." Stars like Lucy Hale, Brant Daugherty and Sasha Pieterse broke out their boots and dark denim for the walk down the black carpet, though cast mates Lindsey Shaw and Tammin Sursok did opt for slightly more frill with their respective dresses

Elle magazine's annual celebration of Hollywood's best and brightest women was last night, and can we just say? Best. Party. Ever. To which we were not invited, for some strange reason! But that's okay, because despite the disappointment, we can still enjoy today's photographic documentation of all our favorite ladycrushes hanging out in one place (YAY!). All the best girls in the entertainment biz were present for this event to honor their accomplishments, and it was amazing. Picture the world's most awesome slumber party, only everyone's famous and wearing couture.

This was a seriously star-studded event, and our gallery of the attendees only represents something like one quarter of the celebrity presence—but we did manage to snag snapshots of major players like the Emmas (Stone and Watson, that is), Rashida Jones, Viola Davis, Octavia Spencer, Anna Kendrick, and even the Grande Dame of Female Fabulousness, Susan Sarandon.

Every day a multitude of stars wander through the halls of MTV News to talk about their latest projects and goof around with staff members. But sometimes we catch stars elsewhere, and that's why we put together Spotted!, a daily compendium of stars in the wild.

Brace yourself for the frantic, delighted shrieking of "Hunger Games" fans everywhere: Jennifer Lawrence and company have been photographed in Atlanta, in costume on, the set of "Catching Fire." A few long-distance photos caught Jennifer (and co-star Josh Hutcherson) milling about in what looks like it might be an early scene from Katniss and Peeta's tour of the Districts.

Jennifer was caught in the middle of a calm moment, waiting for someone to call "Action!" and wearing a peculiar sleeveless outfit that's no doubt quite the fashion statement in post-war Panem. (And hey, it's better than the tacky Stormtrooper rip-offs that the Peacekeepers are wearing. Honestly, guys, stop trying to make fetch happen. IT'S NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN.)

Has Lucy Hale discovered A's latest victim? Nah, the "Pretty Little Liars" starlet is just scaring up some fun at the 4th Annual Los Angeles Haunted Hayride VIP Premiere Night held at Griffith Park on Sunday night. The actress was among a slew of celebrities, including Katy Perry, Sarah Hyland and Derek Hough, getting in the Halloween spirit at the frightening fete.

Speaking of the ooky, spooky holiday, Lucy's ABC Family series will return for one night only in 2012 for their annual Halloween special, featuring a guest appearance by glampire Adam Lambert, who will reportedly perform two numbers.

With just six weeks to go before "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2" finally makes its way into theaters, audiences are starting to get a little antsy in the pantsy for some hot Volturi-on-vampire action and the long-awaited conclusion to our favorite supernatural romance. The bad news is, you've still gotta wait 'til November 16 to enjoy the fifth and final film. The good news is...well, look! Pretty, pretty pictures! Which you really should stop sobbing and gnawing on the woodwork long enough to look at, honestly, we know you're dying for more "Twilight" but this is taking it way too far.

Our updated gallery of stills from the film features never-before-seen—or at least, never-before-seen from THIS ANGLE—shots of the cast in action, with notable inclusions such as Bella's arm-wrestling competition with Emmett, the newlywed Cullens doing some forested surveillance, Renesmee meeting Charlie, and, of course, two distinct photos of the masterpiece that is Charlie's mustache. (Mark our words: this will be the year that the mustache wins an Oscar. Maybe even a Lifetime Achievement Award. Someone must recognize its greatness!)

Pretty, pretty people. The industry's elite were out in full (fabulous) force last night for Teen Vogue's annual Young Hollywood Party in Beverly Hills. This year marks the fete's 10th anniversary, which means its still six years shy of showing up driving an Escalade...

Unsurprisingly, the guest list was chock-full of our favorite entertainers, including "Twilight" actress Nikki Reed, "Glee" actor Chord Overstreet, "Pretty Little Liars" actress Lucy Hale, and "Vampire Diaries" actresses (and real-life friends!) Claire Holt and Phoebe Tonkin. What was surprising? Pretty much everyone seemed to be in fine form fashion-wise (no blunders or bombs here!).

How do you say "Spotted" en français? With Fashion Week in full swing in the capital of couture, celebs are descending on Paris to see what's chic this year—and Kristen Stewart was ready to ooh la la along with the best of them. The actress was front and center at the Balenciaga show, a favorite designer for whom she served as a spokesmodel this summer (remember those cool monochromatic ads for the brand's Florabotanica perfume?).

Kristen stood out in the crowd with printed pants, a yellow quilted jacket, dewy skin and voluminous hair—despite being fresh off a trans-Atlantic flight. (Honestly. How is that fair?) And with a smile that stayed in place throughout the show, for which KStew had a front-row seat, we're thinking that maybe she saw something she liked in the City of Lights.
