With "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" premiering in theaters today, it's no surprise that members of the cinematic Cullen family are taking home top honors for red-carpet style this week. Two of our favorite vampire ladies made bold fashion choices at the same premiere event, both sporting cutting-edge gowns with cutout accents at the waist. But while one gal's missing pieces win our award for Style Superstar, the other's was...well, just a miss.

Rosalie Hale might be partial to all things dark and dreary, but the actress who plays her was anything but at the afterparty for a Cinema Society screening of the new "Twilight" film. Nikki Reed was blazing in a neon-green, floor-length Michael Kors gown with an open back, triangular cutouts at the waist and an up-to-there side slit that showed off her legs. It's a daring choice—but we don't give out Style Superstar honors for guts alone, and Nikki absolutely rocked this look. Her bronzed skin and bright lipstick are more than equal to the task of competing with this wild dress, and the chunky, cage-style shoes she paired it with are in keeping with her outfit's sense of fun.

The autumn leaves are afire, and our fave Hollywood starlets are doing their best to compete—pulling out all the stops with glorious corals, crush crimsons and other punched-up shades of scarlet that make the red carpet look drab by comparison. And this week's Style Superstar was the best red-dressed of all, with a sharp coral frock that really popped. Who scored our win this week? And whose magenta madness went a tad too far? Holler!

Emma Stone has taken home Style Superstar honors before, but we had to make her a multiple recipient for her look at the Natural History Museum Gala this week. This Carven gown, in a lush orange-red, looked absolutely stunning against Emma's skin and matched perfectly with her auburn locks. This is a bold color choice for a redhead, but the sheer paneling on the front of the dress lets the actress' pale skin show through and keeps the dress from being overwhelmingly bright. And with berry-colored lips and peachy-bronzed cheeks, Emma's pretty palette in this dress is a winner in every way.

Everyone knows that an ebony frame is the perfect way to showcase your classic photos—but this week, a few intrepid ladies took that same logic to the red carpet, framing their own assets in eye-catching basic black. And whether it's a colorblocked dress or cutaway bodice, the look is clearly worthy of Style Superstardom...if you do it right. Whose geometric dress showed off all the right angles? And whose push-up top pushed things just a little too far? Read on!

We've already talked up Kristen Stewart's cute interview on "The Tonight Show," but we've got to give her a Style Superstar nod today for the look she locked during her appearance. Kristen was the picture of confidence when she walked on stage, and her dark locks and creamy skin were set off to perfection by the bright blue and black of a Monique Lhuillier dress. This is a sophisticated look for Kristen, but the colorblocked geometric pattern is young, fun and unexpected—and the half a foot that her stylist lopped off the hemline keeps the dress looking fresh and informal (and shows off the girl's famous gams).

Fashionistas love a good sculpted shoulder—no, not the kind you get from doing yoga every day, but the kind that comes built-in on a daring designer dress. Playing dress-up with epaulets, pads or poofy accents is a fun way for more daring starlets to push the fashion envelope, with shape and texture that gives a classic red-carpet look some architectural zing. But while several actresses sported shapely, shoulder-enhancing frocks this week, only one earned the right to the Style Superstar title. Whose cool silhouette won the honors this week? And whose big, billowing look fell just a little too flat?

This week's Style Superstar has been out of the spotlight lately, but when she appeared on "Good Morning America" in an Antonio Berardi dress, Eva Longoria reminded us all that she's still a force to be reckoned with. The "Desperate Housewives" star looked perfectly polished in a sophisticated pencil dress with clean, white lines—and that sculptural accent at her shoulder gives the look a nice little pop of unexpected whimsy. Combined with nude shoes and neutral makeup, Eva's look is a winner: professional and respectable, but still fashionably fun.

From the runways to the red carpet, patterns are seriously in play this year. Lately, we're seeing more actresses eschewing clean whites and basic blacks for outfits that incorporate a lot of bold, bright colors and complex prints—and this week, fab patterned frocks were the look of choice for many a young Hollywood fashionista. Whose Rorschach test of a dress made us mental for her savvy style? And whose busy head-to-toe look went awry just past the ankles? Check it!

Considering the cast, it's no surprise that this week's Style Superstar turned up at the premiere for "In Time;" with so many stylish people in one place, we were bound to find a winner. And check out Amanda Seyfried, who looks like a star—literally!—in this Prabal Gurung dress, which features a plunging deep-V back and nebulous purple print that looks like something photographed by the Hubble space telescope. This is a bold choice of frock for any actress; a fabric like this can sometimes make it look less like you're wearing the dress, and more like the dress is wearing you. But Amanda is more than fierce enough to pull it off, finishing off her look perfectly with smokey eye makeup, simple black platform heels and a similarly uncomplicated black bracelet. Plus, those pleather accents at the waist and collar are a nice nod to the sci-fi/futuristic role she's playing (because, as we all know, fashion in the distant future consists exclusively of black latex catsuits.)

It's Fashion Friday, and today, we're stalking our Style Superstar in the wild! Whose leafy, lovely frock is the perfect look for her natural environment? And whose, er, natural camouflage went a shade too far? Read on for details!

Camilla Belle hit up the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic to watch a pack of well-dressed horsemen test their mettle on the polo field, but we think she should've taken home her own trophy for this Ralph Lauren Blue Label dress in earthy tones and a leaf-printed motif. This drapey silhouette and busy pattern might have overwhelmed another lady, but the warm, rich browns of this dress go so beautifully with Camilla's skin and hair that the whole outfit looks like it was made just for her. And with deep brown wooden wedges and a chunky bracelet with bright pink accents, she looks perfectly polished and put-together for a sunny, outdoor afternoon.

Sometimes, the badder you are, the better you look. Don't believe us? Just ask this week's Style Superstars, who eschewed all things frilly and innocent at their respective movie premieres and rocked a pair of looks inspired by Hollywood's vampiest villainesses. Which fairy-tale heroine sported duds worthy of a sexy evil step-mama? And whose bad-girl style went just a tad too far for comfort? Check it!

Taylor Lautner might be headlining his first non-"Twilight" feature film "Abduction," but it's pretty little Lily Collins who stole the style scene at the film's premiere. This week's Style Superstar was decked out in a sleek Chanel peplum dress in deep blue-black taffeta, paired with high patent heels and sported minimal makeup beneath those signature dark dramatic brows. And while Lily will be playing Snow White in an upcoming adaptation of the classic fairytale, this look is straight from the closet of her evil archnemesis: sultry, sophisticated and so pretty it's poisonous.

After all the great fashion on display at the Emmy Awards, the rest of Hollywood's most fashionable ladies had some tough standards to live up to this week. Some succeeded brilliantly; some missed the mark. Whose embellished party dress added the perfect glitzy kick to her red-carpet appearance? And whose feathered hemline tripped up her usually-impeccable style? Check it.

We almost overlooked Taylor Swift in the running for this week's Style Superstar—after all, it's not like we haven't seen the girl in a dozen frocks similar to this one. But y'know, there's a reason why Taylor so often opts for short, spangled dresses in champagne-y shades: They look fabulous on her! And this Elie Saab cocktail dress, which she wore to the ACM Honors this week, is a winner in every way. The sequined accents are gorgeous and keep an otherwise bland beige from washing out Taylor's pale complexion, and her red lips and sleek hairstyle set off the glam perfectly. And while it may be small potatoes after winning the ACM Entertainer of the Year Award earlier this year, we'd still like to congratulate Taylor on being this week's Style Superstar!

The latest and greatest Hollywood movies might all be in color, but style-savvy stars still know that nothing plays on the red carpet like clean, classic black and white. So it's no surprise that this week's Style Superstars stepped out in a pair of high-contrast ensembles—updated for the 21st century with surprising accents and more modern makeup. Who nailed our fashion honors when they took their old-style tweed out for a nighttime romp? And whose houndstooth print was black and white and blah all over? Check it!

There was no contest for this week's Style Superstar: It's Michelle Monaghan, donning this Jason Wu dress for the "Machine Gun Preacher" afterparty. Just like the movie she's promoting, Michelle's look puts a gritty twist on a classic subject: Tweed is normally associated with professorial jackets or Jackie O's boxy 1960s suits, but this is how you do it after dark. This outfit is sophisticated and sexy, with several interesting textures at play, and the normally staid daytime character of tweed is traded in for an evening-ready composition with platform cage sandals, a bright tomato-colored clutch and bad-ass leather accents. And while the sleeveless neckline and cinch-waisted silhouette start this dress off as a simple classic, the leather panels and thin black belt take it to edgier territory. Amen, sister.

As a glance at the latest red-carpet styles will tell you, the first couple weeks of September are a tricky time for dressing oneself. It's a strange time of year—too late for skimpy summer clothes, too early to break out the full-on Fall Looks, and with temperatures so fickle, something which seems perfectly comfortable in the A.M. can lead to crisis levels of Crotch Swamp by noon. And, for the celebrity ladies who walked the red carpet this week, it was a real hit-or-miss moment for putting an outfit together...as today's Style Superstar shows only too well! Which fashion "Warrior" took home the gold for conquering this style challenge? And who (color)blocked herself from a win this time around? Read on!

Although there's no edict against sporting bare shoulders after Labor Day, it can still be a tough look to pull off. But Jennifer Morrison, who showed up at the "Warrior" premiere in this gleaming gold party dress by Jacques Fath Haute Couture, has got perfect season-spanning style. Instead of trying to get away with a too-wispy summertime look, Jennifer went for a below-the-knee hemline and textured detailing that give the dress plenty of weight, and her champagne-colored close-toed pumps are fully on the side of fall. But the strapless silhouette and gleaming sheen? Pure Indian summer, and a perfect offset to her pretty blond hair. (Not that we need to tell Jennifer that; with that giant smile, we're pretty sure the girl knows she looks awesome.)
