With "Scream 4" premiering tomorrow, slashionistas everywhere are lining up for tickets, donning Ghostface masks and taking bets on which of the film's many cast members will still be breathing when the credits roll. With a three-film precedent and a giant cast of pretty little things, a high "Scream 4" body count is practically guaranteed—and if the past three movies are any indication, only a handful of the new Scream Queens will make it to the end of the movie without being stabbed, shot, beheaded or murdered by robot bees. (What? They've gotta find something to top that infamous scene where Rose McGowan tries to escape out a cat door.)
So before you head to the theater for fright night, check out our gallery of all the film's actresses as they arrive at Monday's red-carpet premiere... and check out a few of our predictions about which of these gals will survive to star in the inevitable sequel.

The premiere of "Scream 4" at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles last night brought out half of Young Hollywood. Why? They're all in the movie! All joking aside, our fave stars looked ravishing in red, black and blue as they strutted their stuff on the carpet. Keep reading to see the stylings of Hayden Panettiere, Emma Roberts, Lucy Hale and more.
The belles of the ball were undeniably Hayden and Emma in Zac Posen and Burberry, respectively. Though she sometimes has a penchant for dressing old (maybe it's that much older boyfriend’s influence?), Hayden looked youthful and radiant in her bright red dress. The puffed sleeves and gathered waist added a necessary bit of intrigue to this otherwise simple outfit. All in all, a great look for her.
Emma continued to show off her sartorial chops in a blue mini, chunky black strappy heels and a sleek ponytail. All those diagonal stripes are not easy to pull off, but Emma managed to make it work by keeping the rest of the look simple. Well, as simple as Elie Saab heels can be!

Nikki Reed and Hayden Panettiere must have gotten a taste for the dark side after their latest scary movies—because even before the next installments of the "Twilight" and "Scream" sagas hit theaters, both actresses have signed on for roles in yet another dark-and-deathly teen thriller.
According to Variety, Hayden and Nikki will head to Louisiana this spring to film "Downers Grove," a movie adaptation of Michael Hornberg's suspenseful novel about a suburban high school where students suffer from a different kind of senioritis. What do we mean? Well, let's just say that one person from each year's senior class doesn't stand up at graduation.

Katherine Heigl and Josh Duhamel's characters are certainly in for a big change when they are left with the daughter of their best friends in "Life As We Know It," which opens today.
But the plot of an unfortunately abandoned child being the catalyst that brings two—or sometimes three!—adults together is nothing new (though no other movie has had the gall to kill off Christina Hendricks in the process!). While "Life As We Know It" may be the only one not set in or around New York City, there are plenty of films that use this well-worn trope. Check out our list of five adoption-centric rom-coms after the jump!

Very early Wednesday morning, Wes Craven tweeted the exciting news that filming had wrapped on "Scream 4," the latest and arguably most anticipated installment of his "Scream" franchise. But when MTV caught up with leading lady Emma Roberts at the Toronto International Film Festival where she was promoting "It's Kind of a Funny Story," there was still about a week left of shooting, and she still had a metaphoric gun to her head to not give away any surprises from the film.
"This is the kind of thing that I will be murdered if I say anything else. I'm terrified right now," Emma said with a shaky laugh when MTV's Josh Horowitz prodded her for information. "It's basically like if you say anything to anyone that's not here, we'll kill you. We'll send the "Scream" guy to your house and kill you. So if he's outside my door, I know I'm in trouble."

Two new faces are joining the cast of "Scream 4," if only to make their celebrity cameos and then probably be killed off. USA Today announced today that Anna Paquin and Kristen Bell have signed on to play roles in the upcoming installment of the "Scream" franchise.
They'll join franchise regulars Neve Campbell, David Arquette and Courtney Cox Arquette, in addition to newcomers Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Lake Bell, Adam Brody, Allison Brie and Mary McDonnell.

It’s been almost a decade since we’ve last seen a "Scream" film, but "Scream 4" is officially on its way to making more horror movie magic happen. MTV News caught up with Hayden Panettiere to chat about the beginning of production on the movie. She stars as Kirby Reed whom she described as “edgy, sassy and smart.”
Hayden said that even though a big chunk of time that has passed since the last "Scream" debuted (the first two films premiered in 1996 and 1997 and Scream 3 debuted in 2000), she isn't worried. "I think it's just perfect timing," she insisted adding that the premise to the film is also dead on (get it?). "It's a perfect setup, with all of these films ... the [fictional] 'Stab' [movies] and all the things like that. I think with all of the 'Scream' [films], the idea is to throw the audience for a loop every time.” We sure are interested to see what kind of “loop” the 20-year-old has in store for us!

Though actors like Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Rory Culkin and Nico Tortorella have already been cast in"Scream 4" (alongside franchise regulars Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette), more have surfaced today. "The O.C." babe Adam Brody will also star in the Kevin Williamson-written, Wes Craven-directed horror flick.
According to the Hollywood Reporter's Heat Vision blog, Adam has been cast alongside Marley Shelton and Erik Knudsen. Adam and Marley will both play cops — him as a rookie who loves shows like "CSI," and her as one who went to school with Neve's character. Erik is on board to play a dude who knows a lot about horror flick — much like Jamie Kennedy's iconic role in the original.

Every day a multitude of stars wander through the halls of MTV News to talk about their latest projects and goof around with staff members. But sometimes we catch stars elsewhere, and that's why we put together Spotted!, a daily compendium of stars in the wild.
Shia LaBeouf may love being in front of the camera on a film set, but in his personal life — or before boarding a plane at least — he transforms into a character less photo-friendly. Shia and girlfriend Carey Mulligan, seen here jetting out of JFK, met on the set of the sequel "Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps," but the love between this pair isn’t getting any sleep either. The day before their flight both stars were spotted strolling through NYC, and at one point they even stopped walking for a full-on sidewalk smooch! If the two are competing over whom can appear most incognito, I would say Shia wins first prize. Everyone will see on Sunday if Shia’s not too shy to play arm-candy for Carey on the Oscar red carpet!
To get a closer look at Carey's and Shia's airport adventure, click on the photo above. After the jump, see who we Spotted! with fiery red hair!
