Apparently the ladies aren't the only ones who love a good Ryan Gosling meme. "Entourage" star Adrian Grenier took to Twitter today to share a LOL-worthy image of himself and the "Only God Forgives" actor from last night's premiere.

In one of the worst tornado outbreaks in history, thousands of people in the South have been left homeless and at least 263 have lost their lives. With a death toll of at least 180 in Alabama alone, the storms have been devastating. Today, several celebs showed support, especially for cities like Tuscaloosa, that were hit particularly hard. Stars from Khloe Kardashian to Rob Thomas had the South in their prayers today. Taylor Swift (pictured), tweeted, "We're at rehearsals watching videos of the tornadoes in Tuscaloosa. Our love and hopes and thoughts and prayers go out to everyone affected." Paula Abdul was concerned for acquaintances who might have been affected, tweeting, "gonna pop onto Facebook to check for msgs from family or anyone in #Tuscaloosa #Alabama -more people who've literally lost EVERYTHING..."

While the tornadoes trended across Twitter, some were fortunate enough to have happier things to think about, as well. Adrian Grenier, whose project SHFT is up for a Webby, urged fans to vote to help him win the award. "fellow twitterers u've endured my plea & responded boldly 4 'Shft' 9hrs till victory. VOTE Rwards 2 come http://t.co/MAMBz6u #Onelastpush," he tweeted. According to its website, SHFT is a "new media platform, offering original video series, curated shopping and a host of resources that speak to a modern, inspirational, eco-conscious lifestyle." Omar Epps got behind the idea, joining Adrian's push for support. "@adriangrenier You should win a #webby for your site! Everyone VOTE 'SHFT' now. Last day! http://t.co/H0szH9S"

When news broke today of another powerful earthquake in Japan and the tsunami warning it caused, stars were quick to spread the word—and their support—on Twitter, urging fans to keep Japan in their thoughts. Everyone from Kris Allen (pictured) to Kerry Washington sent messages of hope. Host Carson Daly tweeted, "Japan 7.4 aftershock and new tsunami warning. Good God, those poor people. Saying a prayer." "Pretty Little Liars" stars Ashley Benson and Shay Mitchell also encouraged followers to pray for Japan.

Some stars tweeted about less turbulent destinations they were en route to (but no stalking, please). "Weeds" star Hunter Parrish is on his way to San Francisco this weekend, while Miley Cyrus is hitting the Midwest with a stop in Chicago, and she decided to pass the time with one of Hollywood Crush's favorite books. "Let the games begin :) Starting Hunger Games on my flight to Chi-Town! http://t.co/17FjLYD," she tweeted.

"Goooooooaaaaaaaal!" If you found yourself screaming (or tweeting) that today in the midst of all the World Cup excitement, you were not alone. Celebs hopped on Twitter to talk about the global sporting event, including "Kick-Ass" actress Chloe Moretz, who posted, "can't wait for the #worldcup let the best team win!!!!!! <3" Meanwhile, Sean Kingston dared asked the question, "WHO IS WATCHING THE WORLD CUP??" (better question: who isn't?). It seems Ian Somerhalder most certainly was, with some enviable seats to boot, telling followers, "watch world cup sitting on terrace in monaco- totally surreal."

On the other end of the Twitter spectrum, in keeping with #followfriday tradition, "Entourage" star Adrian Grenier welcomed aboard his co-star, Jerry Ferrara (or "Turtle" if you will), tweeting, "Yo everyone, welcome @jerryc_ferrara to twitter with a big fat follow!" Jerry certainly felt the Twitter love from his on-and-off-screen friend as he soon replied, "@adriangrenier my man!"

Entourage Cast HBO's boys of summer are back this weekend when "Entourage" premieres its sixth season on Sunday. The tale of the kid from Queens who makes it big in Tinseltown wouldn't be the same without its glittery guest list of celebrity cameos, and its sounds like the sixth season won't disappoint with rumored appearances by Tom Brady, 50 Cent, LeBron James and Zac Efron. Until then, we've compiled a list of our Top 10 celebrity guest stars over the years (in no particular order). Whether they were playing kooky characters or themselves (or what we can only hope were kooky versions of themselves), these turns left tongues wagging, and us laughing, for days.

Leighton Meester as Justine Chapin
Before Leighton was the queen bee of the Upper East Side she was just another virginal pop star vying for Vince's affection. Following his personal credo to "never be her first, or her last," Vince kept things kosher between him and the singer. What would Chuck Bass say? Read More...

Ashley Greene and Adrian GrenierWhispers of a possible new Hollywood couple began last week when "Twilight" actress Ashley Greene was spotted on a maybe-date in L.A. with "Entourage" star Adrian Grenier. But, the duo now want to assure everyone: They are not dating.

"I have only met him once. But he's very smart. We actually started talking about environmental stuff. He's a very go-green guy," Ashley told People. "I think he's a really sweet guy." But, what does she think of everyone saying how cute they'd be together? "God, that's what I keep hearing!"

Well, it seems her rumored beau is sticking to the same story. When he was asked about the romance rumors, he told Extra, "We were at a surfing lesson. Oakley was doing a surfing event and she was there. We did share a dance like many people did and I didn't have sex with them either. She's a great girl and we're just friends for now." Read More...
