It’s even scarier than Voldemort: Daniel Radcliffe’s first post-"Potter" film, "The Woman in Black," opens today, and we’re all pretty psyched for the dark drama. Even the spooky rhyming commercial advertisements are terrifying—there is going to be some serious watching-between-your-fingers, feet-up-on-the-chair action going on in theaters. But while Daniel may appear terrified of the "Woman in Black," we know a few women in black who are anything but frightening. We've rounded up some of our favorite celebrity fashionistas, who show us that basic black is sexy—not scary. See our entire gallery by clicking on the image below!

From Angelina Jolie’s iconic dominatrix-inspired leather ensemble to Lucy Hale and Selena Gomez’s recent playful cut outs, these starlets are conjuring up plenty of accolades. Even sparkle and fun country cutie Taylor Swift knows that when you want to go high glam, you go with black, as she did in a dramatic gown with a plunging neckline during the 2009 Grammy festivities. Then there's perennial red-carpet darling Lea Michele, who may be known for her bold fashion choices but couldn't resist the lure of becoming a woman in black when she slipped on a lace design with a sheer overlay, perfectly modeling a Karl Lagerfeld number during Paris Fashion Week—so incredibly chic.

Hilary DuffHilary Duff, who I could've sworn was playing a tweenage heroine on the Disney Channel, like, yesterday, is officially on board the baby-making train! The definitely-no-longer-tween Hilary delighted the bump-watching masses this weekend when she announced that she's expecting a little Lizzie McGuire of her own with hockey-player husband Mike Comrie. (Unless the baby is a boy, in which case...Lizard McGuire? Yep, that works.)

The couple haven't confirmed yet exactly when their bundle of joy will arrive, but presumably Hilary has a few months left to prepare for her new role as a mom. And if she needs any advice, there's certainly a plethora of recently pregnant celebs she can turn to for help! Which famous ladies would have the best helpful hints for impending mommyhood? Here's our list:

"Friends With Benefits" hits theaters Friday, and we simply can't wait to see Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis' on-screen chemistry (and those much-talked about butt shots of JT!). As part of the romantic comedy's ad campaign, the two stars have asked everyone to donate their FWB status via Facebook (watch the clip below!). But what exactly does such a relationship entail? We'll have to watch the movie to see Justin and Mila's take on it, but we do know that the duo swear over an iPad app of the Bible that it will be "no emotions, just sex."

Anyway, all this FWB talk got us thinking about other relationship acronyms and the celebrity couples who fit them LAG (like a glove, obvi). Keep reading after the jump for our run-down of the most important three-letter shorthands in Hollywood.

There’s no denying that Robert Pattinson is hot, but does he have what it takes to be the next Brad Pitt? "Water for Elephants" costume designer, Jacqueline West, who worked with Brad on "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button," seems to think so.

"I think Brad would think so too," Jacqueline told us.

Jacqueline, who designed all of Rob's 1930s looks in "WFE" (including his new favorite pair of underpants!) said that similar to Brad, designing for Rob was a treat.

With all the box office spoils Prince Charming intends to reap over the next few years, he better reward our long-suffering loyalty with a fancy dinner at Per Se and a new pair of glass slippers.

There's no denying fairy tale movies are a total thing right now, and there's yet another to add to the burgeoning list. (One, we should add, we're pretty psyched about.) "True Grit" star Hailee Steinfeld is reportedly attached to a "Sleeping Beauty" script floating around Hollywood!

Deadline describes the screenplay as "a revisionist take on the fairy tale that will give Steinfeld a lot more to do than nap while waiting for a charming prince's peck to awaken her from a witch's curse. The new version is told from her point of view as she enters the dream world and has to find her way out." (If you ask us, the flick sounds like a spell-bound version of "If I Stay" or "Wake," but whatever).

Elizabeth Taylor's sultry style and her love for incredible jewelry has remained one of the most influential factors in modern red carpet style, with today's A-listers gracing some of Hollywood's biggest events donning looks that Elizabeth could have worn in her heyday. As the world mourns the loss of the Hollywood icon, the fashion community also bids farewell to one of its greatest innovators.

Known for her glittering, glamorous life and her equally glittering and glamorous fashions, Taylor loved Grecian-cut gowns, sexy pencil-cut dresses and diamonds—of all colors, shapes and sizes.

(Click on the image above to see our entire flipbook of Elizabeth Taylor's fashion influence!)

Her ongoing affect on celebrity style is evident when celebs like Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian and Angelina Jolie step out on a red carpet. Jennifer Lopez looked Liz Taylor-esque at the 2007 Oscars when she graced the event in a soft, heavily jeweled Marchesa gown. She took the homage one step further thanks to a bob done up in soft curls.

While this year's Academy Awards don't officially start until 8 p.m. ET on Sunday night, all eyes will be on our favorite celebs hours beforehand as they make their big arrivals. The red carpet can be the perfect time to debut a new 'do, a new beau, proudly flaunt a baby bump or stop photographers in their tracks with a dramatic gown. But while dreamy pairings like Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt or Leonardo DiCaprio and Gisele Bündchen in years past have embodied the epitome of Oscar glamor, there's something to be said (or swooned over) about stars who bring unconventional dates like dear old mom or dad.

Hometown heroes Ben Affleck and Matt Damon were Oscar newbies in 1998, representing their gripping drama "Good Will Hunting." They shared their Best Original Screenplay award not only with the city of Boston, but their proud mamas Christine and Nancy.

We know the Golden Globes feel like ages ago (they were only on Sunday!), but there are some looks from the night that we simply aren't ready to move past. We pulled together a list of some of the Globes' best fashions (featuring the likes of Natalie Portman and Angelina Jolie), but with so many great styles on the carpet this year, we couldn't include everyone we wanted. So we figured it was time to give some credit where credit was due! The two ladies who we undoubtedly feel deserved a spot on our Globes best dressed list are Carrie Underwood and gorgeous "Glee" star Dianna Argon. Check out their fab style below and find out why we loved them!

The second we saw country crooner Carrie's Badgley Mischka gown at the Globes, we were smitten. The strapless nude dress was total glam, and Carrie managed to shine through the shimmer (a.k.a. the night's biggest trend). We loved that Carrie went with a simple up-do and minimal accessories, because when you've got a dress like that you don't need much else!

When it comes to the Golden Globes, we've come to expect nothing short of fabulous fashion, and this year's awards were no exception. From glamorous gowns to sparkling dresses, the carpet was flooded with breathtaking looks that impressed us from beginning to end. Most of the celebrities who stepped out for the event, including Natalie Portman and Lea Michele, opted for lighter colors such as pink, peach or nude. Others, like Mila Kunis and Angelina Jolie, dazzled in deeper hues. All of them, however, looked phenomenal. Check out our nine favorite ladies below.

Pretty in Pink
With so many celebs choosing pink for the big night, it was hard to decide who wore the color best (truthfully, most of them did), but the three that really stood out for us were Natalie, Scarlett Johansson and Lea. Nat, who earned our praise for her Critics' Choice attire earlier this weekend, was the epitome of elegance in a light pink gown with red flower detailing by Viktor & Rolf. We loved that the mommy-to-be accessorized her outfit with a red clutch and some serious bling (did you see that diamond necklace?!). As for ScarJo, her dress featured loose, long sleeves and evoked a sense of romanticism. Our only gripe with her look was the hair, which felt a little like an afterthought. Lea, on the other hand, was total perfection in a dramatic gown by Oscar de la Renta, which left us swooning.

Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth. Natalie Portman and Benjamin Millepied. LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian. Ginnifer Goodwin and Joey Kurn. Even Hugh Hefner got engaged over Christmas weekend. We appreciate all this love in the air after that depressing streak of splits, but we didn't know Hollywood was so affected by the holiday spirit!

Let's keep this passion alive! More and more celebs are looking to make their way down the aisle with each passing day, so we've compiled our wish list of Hollywood couples we hope pop the question after the jump. Who knows, maybe one of our wishes will come true?
