If there's one place vampires, werewolves and humans can co-exist peacefully, it's surely the red carpet. Love triangles, team alliances and centuries-old pacts were put aside last night to celebrate the long-awaited premiere of "New Moon" at LA's Westwood village theater. (Did you read our live blog throughout the night?) Though fans lined up for hours to get a glimpse of their favorite "Twilight" stars, we've got a fashion rundown you can enjoy in the comfort of your own home—sans earplugs.

A lot has changed for the Saga's stars since last year's premiere, including their wardrobe. Kristen Stewart eschewed her mini-dress of yore, opting instead for a floor-grazing, gray-stitched gown by Oscar De La Renta. But in signature Kristen-fashion she funked it up by adding a few bangles, smokey eyes and a messy, half up-do. Kristen's onscreen love Robert Pattinson looked every inch the movie star in a black Gucci suit, with a soft yet still-slightly tousled haircut and his token stubble.

Recently, midnight-release-ticket-buying "New Moon" fans completed a Fandango poll in which they were asked to fill out a survey about the franchise. Some questions were fun (i.e. "Which 'Twilight' actor is closest to the way you imagined the character?" Response: Ashley Greene), and others were a little, well, off. When asked, "Which of these young actors will be the first 'Twilight Saga' veteran to win an Oscar in their career?," Robert Pattinson dominated the results. However, we want you to turn your attention to Forks High School human Anna Kendrick, who as we noted earlier today, thinks Dakota Fanning could be among the first to take home the gold. In this hypothetical race, Anna is the clear all-star and Robert is still a bench warmer.

After all, the actress is becoming something of a sensation. As the second youngest person to ever be nominated for a Tony award, it shouldn't be a surprise that she is gaining critical praise for her film roles after only being in the business for six years. Her role as Natalie in Jason Reitman's upcoming dramedy "Up In The Air" is a standout in a film where everyone (George Clooney included!) delivered their best performances.

Anna Kendrick is on the fast road to getting her first Oscar nomination. She could very well be the first person from the "Twilight" cast to be nominated for an Academy Award. So when MTV News got a chance to sit down with her to talk about "Up In The Air," the film which is earning her critical acclaim, they had to ask who else she thinks could ever receive the honor, too.

"Shouldn't Dakota Fanning have like 12 at this point?" Anna asked. "She's one of those people where everyone sort of assumes that she has one. I'll go with Dakota, I guess."

It is shocking that the well-loved and respected child star hasn't earned the honor of an Oscar nomination (after all, she did have a standout performance in the controversial 2007 film "Hounddog," which included a rape scene), so I agree with Anna. Where are Dakota Fanning's many well-deserved Oscars? Alas, that's a topic we could probably discuss for hours.

What are your thoughts on this subject: Who do you think will be the first of the "Twilight" cast to receive a coveted Oscar?

Seriously, we weren't kidding earlier when we said we can't keep up with all the delectable photos coming our way! Moments ago we received a brand new crop of "New Moon" photos from Summit, and while we can't help but think, "Uh, are there actually moments we haven't yet seen?" (you know, with all the stills previously released before these), we were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves digging into a ton of new goodies.

For instance: The Cullen clan looking quite pretty (especially Esme)! Bella's school buddies paling around! The Wolf Pack .... with shirts on! (OK fine, that last one didn't really deserve the exclamation point, but still...) Chris Weitz peeking into a video camera! Oh my!

Click on the photo below to see them all, and check back with us throughout the weekend for all things "Twilight"!

She's worked with the likes of Robert Pattinson and George Clooney and costars in the biggest film franchise since "Harry Potter." And now we have one more reason to be jealous of "Twilight" star Anna Kendrick: She's already seen "New Moon!"

"It's very good. People are going to be very happy," Jessica told MTV News, despite the fact that her character, Bella's gossipy friend Jessica, figures less prominently in the sequel. "The difference for me personally between 'Twilight' and 'New Moon' was, I just wasn't there for as much of filming 'New Moon' as I was for 'Twilight.'

For anyone whose seen “Twilight” (and we’re expecting that’s quite a few of you out there if you’re reading this site) then you know Anna Kendrick , who plays Bella’s high school frenemy Jessica, though her part may be small, has a knack for comedic timing. “Juno” and “Thank You For Smoking” director Jason Reitman must have seen that there’s a funny gal beneath all that cattiness when he cast her in "Up in the Air" as Natalie Keener, a new employee at a firm that helps companies fire people.

In the clip above, George Clooney’s Ryan Bingham explains to Natalie the importance to him of racking up frequent flier miles.

Breathe, Anna Kendrick. When Movies editor Josh Horowitz was speaking with Anna at the Toronto Film Festival in regards to the Jason Reitman film she stars in, "Up In The Air," Anna took a second (or 29, to be exact) to share a bit with MTV about the book-to-film changes in New Moon. We got a little worried, though, when she gave her explanation all in one monologue. We'll wait for you to explain, Anna; we don't want you to pass out.

She gave some insight as to how the human characters read: Bella's high school friends will translate onscreen in "New Moon."

"The things about playing one of the human characters and the non-supernatural characters in the 'Twilight' series is we have a lot more liberty to make it our own and change things," Anna said. "People don't have that attachment that they do to the myth -- the world -- Stephenie Meyer created in terms of the supernatural aspect."

When we caught up with rising young star Anna Kendrick at the Toronto Film Festival, where she's promoting her co-starring role with George Clooney in "Up in the Air," we had one big question in mind...has she seen the brand new trailer for "New Moon"?

"I did," she exclaimed, "[but] it was a very, very small video and it was very blurry, so I'm looking forward to seeing it in a big theater." Well, that makes two of us, Anna, but if you want to see the expanded trailer with even more never-before-seen footage, you'll have to tune into the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards this Sunday at 9 p.m. ET/PT where we're airing the exclusive full-length trailer for "New Moon" for the first time. Check out Anna's thoughts below, including her comparison between heartthrobs Robert Pattinson and Clooney.

ChristianThe cast of "Eclipse" has been taking over Vancouver as they film scenes for the the third installment in the Saga, and we couldn't help but notice how adorable some of the ladies' on-and off-set looks have been. Fortunately, for those of us who aren't currently in possession of a rapidly expanding piggy bank, we've discovered that some of the pieces in their wardrobes are actually affordable!

Check out the a few of the "Twilight" fashions that we've spotted in stores after the jump. And as a special bonus, we also uncovered what kinds of kicks Taylor Lautner prefers to wear during his werewolf downtime. Read more...
