Grab your frouffiest dress and stretchiest limo because it's "Prom" time! Disney's big-screen foray into high school's IMPORTANTEST NIGHT opens today, and we decided to celebrate by asking some of our fave celebrities to dish their prom memories.

"My favorite prom memory was probably going shopping for a dress, and our boyfriends at the time dressed up as 'Dumb & Dumber,'" former "Hills" star Audrina Patridge told us. "And so we were like, 'We can't dress up dorky ... we have to look good.'"

After being whisked away on a surprise trip to Cabo by boyfriend Jay Cutler, Kristin Cavallari returned to the States with a big, shiny smile on her face...and a bigger, shinier engagement ring on her pretty little finger, according to People. BORING.) Still, our money's on Lauren as the next one to tie the knot.

It's kind of hard not to like Audrina Patridge. She was always the nice girl on "The Hills" and now she's the star of her own VH1 reality show, simply called "Audrina." What’s it like for Audrina to be emulated by girls? "It's a little crazy. I mean it's exciting cause I get to meet so many people from all over the world, and they come up to me like they’ve known me for years and they start giving me advice or telling me what they're going through like I'm one of their best friends," she said. "And they don’t even really know me, but they think they know me, so it's cool."

We're not usually ones to brag, but we'll admit we're pretty proud of ourselves for bringing Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo together. All right, technically the couple met on the set of Nick's 2006 music video "What's Left of Me," but it can't be just coincidence that the two have a history with MTV. Nick appeared with first wife Jessica Simpson on their own reality show, "Newlyweds," while Vanessa hosted the network's dearly departed countdown show "TRL" for four years. News of their engagement got us thinking about other MTV mainstays that would make perfect couples, so we decided to play matchmaker! Audrina Patridge has joined the likes of "The Situation," becoming the latest contestant booted off of the 11th season of "Dancing with the Stars." The elimination surprised many fans and friends of the reality star including Lo Bosworth, who tweeted, "i dont think @audrinapatridge should have been eliminated. #justsayin." But Audrina (pictured) was a good sport about the whole thing, as she told supporters, "Thank you to everyone for all of your support and votes!!:) I've had an unforgettable experience on dwts and the journey does not end here.."

Elsewhere, former "DWTS" contestant Kelly Osbourne actually had something to celebrate...her 26th birthday! She received plenty of b-day wishes, including one from "The Spin Crowd" star Jonathan Cheban who told Kelly, "Happy Birthday @misskellyo one of my oldest and best freinds..Love you and wish you many more!" The birthday girl got more than Twitter love, as she shared with followers, "a man just came to deliver me flowers he asked me how old i was i told him 26 and he called me a liar he said i only looked 19 AMAZING!!!"

Baseball fans have an exciting weekend ahead of them, as the Championship Series, which will decide which two teams head to the World Series, begins tonight! Before the Philadelphia Phillies and the San Francisco Giants battle on Saturday, the New York Yankees and the Texas Rangers will be squaring off Friday in Arlington. The highly anticipated game has some celebrity fans, including a torn Nick Jonas (pictured), who tweeted, "Yankees and Rangers tonight. The tough part is I have love for both teams. However, my loyalty is with the Yankees. LETS GO YANKS!

Of course, baseball isn't the only highlight of October; there's also that delightfully crisp weather that comes along with it. Actress Malese Jow shared her affinity for fall as she posted, "Bring on the fall weather. I wanna bust out the boots and layer up already!" while reality star Audrina Patridge told followers, "This weather makes me wanna go to the pumpkin patch!!"

As expected, Hollywood's hottest stars came out in droves to celebrate the MTV Video Music Awards at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles last night. Most starlets opted for short and sweet frocks, with black and white being particularly popular colors. And while celebs like Ashley Greene, Selena Gomez and Emma Stone looked fab, others, like Katy Perry, could have used a fashion intervention. Last night in the final scene of "The Hills" the curtains finally lifted and the set fell apart seemingly implying that the "reality" show we had watched for six seasons was all a setup. Or was it? We've been grappling with the question all day (we know you have too!) and the cast certainly didn't help clear anything up in the post-show.

"The thing is, as you saw on the end — what's real and what's fake, you don't know," Brody Jenner insisted. Fair enough, Jenner. But we've been avid viewers over the years, and you know what?
