Every day a multitude of stars wander through the halls of MTV News to talk about their latest projects and goof around with staff members. But sometimes we catch stars elsewhere, and that's why we put together Spotted!, a daily compendium of stars in the wild.
Demi Lovato’s been living in the fast lane lately. She released an album in July and successfully collaborated with the Jonas Brothers on a hilarious music video. She also worked with the three bros again on the sequel to the Disney hit movie, "Camp Rock 2"! She’s a surefire hit and a surefire hit deserves a great party, right? Of course! Demi was spotted at her huge graduation/birthday/coming out bash over the weekend at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood.
I know what you’re thinking. Quite the party, huh? That's not the weird part though. Her birthday was August 20th and nearly three months later she's celebrating still. I wish I could have three months of birthday celebration!
To get a closer look at Demi's big night, click the picture above. After the jump, check out Britney Spears with a new beau.

It's been an interesting year for "Hannah Montana" star Miley Cyrus. In February, the 16-year-old was sued for "racist" photos that depicted the teen star slanting her eyes, mocking Asians. She raised eyebrows again in August when she performed a pseudo-pole dance atop an ice cream cart at the Teen Choice Awards. Then there was that time she quit Twitter. It's hard to believe these crazy happenings didn't play a role in her latest dubious distinction: being voted "Worst Celebrity Influence of 2009" by AOL's JSYK.com (Just So You Know) website.
Miley beat out second place-finisher Britney Spears (who admittedly had a fairly respectable 2009) and Kanye "I'm going to let you finish" West, who came in third. In an interesting twist, Miley also walloped fellow Disney princess Vanessa Hudgens in the poll, even though the Wildcat has had not one, but two naked photo controversies of late. Funny what tween/teens will forgive, huh? Where is Chris Brown on this list?

That's a wrap, folks! Yes, "Eclipse" has officially finished filming (we don't have to get sad yet, we still have "Breaking Dawn," after all) according to the movie's director David Slade. David announced via his Twitter early this morning, "Twilight Eclipse officially wrapped shooting, at 4.30 am October 29th. Physically and emotionally exhausted. DAVID S." We can hardly wait to see the finished product!
Of course, the "Eclipse" crew weren't the only ones with a reason to celebrate today. Britney Spears (pictured) passed a landmark of her own today. Brit's crew told fans on her Twitter page, "Congrats @BritneySpears for becoming the #2 most followed person on Twitter!"
While some in Hollywood are passing benchmarks (both big and little), some stars are simply looking forward to Halloween! Reality star Kourtney Kardashian cried, "halloween is almost here! " and singer Kellie Pickler could hardly contain her excitement, "Putting my HALLOWEEN costume 2gether for @theellenshow!!!!!! This is going to be the BEST HALLOWEEN EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BOO!!!" Though, some stars, like basketball legend Shaquille O'Neal, seem to have a completely different holiday on their minds. As Shaq declared, "Shaq-A-Claus is coming to town!
Check out what else celebs were buzzing about, including more spooky fun Halloween tweets and Ellen asks Taylor Swift the question that's on all of our minds! Don't forget to follow us on Twitter @hollywoodcrush to get all the latest dish on your favorite stars.

Even for Britney Spears, the video shoot for her new single “3” was a bit racy. Dressed in lace Britney posed in provocative positions spreading her legs with two men simulating a threesome. She proceeds to grind against the two bulky dudes during the majority of video in true Britney fashion. She then switched into a skin colored leotard to finish off the sweltering shoot.
The song “3” debuted on the Billboard Top 100 as first single since 1999 that reached the number one spot in the first week. Britney is quite familiar to making controversial hits in the past such as “If U Seek Amy,” “Womanizer” and “Toxic” that came along with hidden connotations and wild videos.

Just two days after her “Circus” tour wrapped in the US, Britney Spears dropped her new single “3” (and cover art featured below) — listen to it on Z100.com — reminding us how we just can’t live without her. The song is the only new track off her new compilation album, The Singles Collection, which hits stores November 24.
Unlike the title track off Circus, which discusses how she feels trapped in the middle of a circus and “Piece of Me” from 2007’s Blackout, about the media’s scrutiny into her personal life, “3” is a return to themes of her light-hearted song like “If U Seek Amy.” Quick quiz: what adult sexual activity involves three people? Ding ding ding! You’re a winner.
But while the song’s catchy tune will have you singing “1, 2, 3/Peter, Paul and Mary” (full lyrics after the jump) for days on end, we’re going to dig a little deeper into the “three” element behind the single. First off, The Singles Collection is Britney’s third compilation album, following 2004’s Greatest Hits: My Prerogative and 2005’s B in the Mix: The Remixes.

After jaunts to Las Vegas and Hollywood, the MTV Video Music Awards are making a New York City homecoming this Sunday. And we couldn't be more excited. In addition to the award ceremony's home (Radio City Music Hall), NYC is chockablock with famous landmarks and locales, making it the perfect backdrop for the raucous event. Which got us thinking: what would our favorite VMA attendees look like as the city's storied buildings, parks, etc?
Obviously we had to start with are-they-or-aren't-they couple of the moment "New Moon" costars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. I know what you're thinking. RPattz as Michelangelo's David, right? Well, unfortunately that statue's in Italy, so we settled for the United Nations. Yes, the peace-keeping body is a perfect representation of the pair: He's from England, she's from the U.S., yet they work (and play) together in one accord.
After the jump, we'll reveal which pop tart shines like Times Square. Read more...

Get ready to clink your martini glasses together! Filming on the "Sex and the City: The Movie" sequel has officially kicked off its heels. None other than Carrie Bradshaw (or will she be called Carrie Preston now that she's a married lady?) was caught strutting her stuff in a white frock, sparkly Christian Louboutin stilettos, a gold clutch and what looks to be aviator sunglasses. We're betting that due to her comfortable, breezy look, the "SATC" movie's second chapter will take place in what's known to be director Michael Patrick King's preferred season: summer. We'd still love to know, however, what the heck is going to bring the fearsome foursome to Morocco!

So, at the Miss Universe pageant last week the "2010 Michael Jackson" Heidi Montag made her big pop star debut when she sang her single, "Body Language." (We were able to snag pictures of her rehearsing in the days before the event, which took place at the Bahamas' Atlantis Resort, Paradise Island) It seemed to leave everyone talking, including her friends Kristen Cavallari and Stephanie Pratt who were quite impressed with Heidi's Britney-Spears-like performance. It's crazy to think that Britney Spears was only introduced to the pop scene a decade ago. In those 10 years, Britney has had breakthroughs and break downs, break-ups and broken records. From Baby One More Time to Circus, she has redefined the pop music scene in ways only seen previously by her idol, Madonna.
