Could we be anymore excited? (Um, that's a no.) ABC has confirmed to EW.com's Michael Ausiello that Jennifer Aniston will indeed appear on former "Friends" costar Courteney Cox's series "Cougar Town." In fact, she'll have the honors of ushering in the new season, guest starring on the show's second season premiere Sept. 22.
“[Jennifer's] going to play Courteney’s shrink named Bonnie,” says "Cougar Town" executive producer Bill Lawrence. “Kind of a get-too-involved-in-her-life-type of therapist. Those guys are so close in real life they kind of do that for each other anyway. Bonnie has the life Jules wishes she has.” Am I the only one envisioning midday therapy sessions over a bottle (or two or three) of Merlot?

It's a "Glee"-ful morning, Crushers. I'm "Walking on Sunshine." "Dancing With Myself." Though "You Can't Always Get What You Want," we couldn't "Smile" more broadly at the news our favorite musical series scored four Golden Globe nominations this morning, the most of any television show. But "Glee" is just one of several television nominations we're over the moon for.
In addition to its nomination for Best Television Series, Comedy or Musical, the FOX newcomer scored acting nods for Lea Michele, who plays Rachel; Matthew Morrision, who plays Mr. Schuester; and Jane Lynch, who plays Cheerios coach Sue Sylvester. Lea and Matthew truly are triple threats—acting, singing and dancing through the halls of William McKinley High week after week. We're glad to see their hard work pay off in more than just ratings.

Though "New Moon" dominated the box office for weeks, the theater wasn't the only place to find Edward, Bella and Jacob making a splash. It seems some of our favorite TV shows are just as obsessed with Stephenie Meyer's fantastical creation as we are. In honor of "Twilight" star Taylor Lautner's hosting gig on this weekend's "Saturday Night Live" (and in the hopes that we'll have another entry to add to this list), we've rounded up 10 totally "Twilight" TV shoutouts (in no particular order).
1. "The Office"
The NBC series gets not one, but two gold new moons—see what I did there?—for their hilarious "Twilight" twofer. The first took place during the Halloween episode "Koi Pond" when the employees of Dunder Mifflin organized a haunted house featuring two bloodsuckers—a traditional Count Dracula (Creed Bratton) and one we can only assume was meant to be Edward Cullen (B.J. Novak). When the Count cries "I want to suck your blood!" Edward (a.k.a. Ryan) responds, "That's really not the trend in vampires right now." So true! And then, just last night, Jim (John Krasinski) bought Kelly (Mindy Kaling) an Edward Cullen poster. We knew we loved this show for a reason!

Thanks to a visiting friend and a yearning for some comedic comfort food, I finally caught the first five episodes of Courtney Cox's buzzy sitcom "Cougar Town." And now I'm hooked.
The plot revolves around Courtney's 40-something Jules and her trysts with much-younger men, and the guys truly are what make the show for me. Level-headed son Travis (Dan Byrd) is the perfect foil for kooky Jules and her dead-beat ex-husband Bobby (Brian Van Holt). I couldn't love smarmy yet vulnerable neighbor Grayson (Josh Hopkins) more and am giddy to see him on a successful show after his series "Swingtown" hit the skids. And then there's Nick Zano, who I've had a crush on since he romanced Amanda Bynes on "What I Like About You." It's an all-together perfect storm of talent and good looks. Unfortunately for me (and likely for you fellow viewers as well), one of these gentleman may be switching zip codes very soon.

Cougars: they’re hot, they’re experienced, and they are on the prowl! ABC’s new series "Cougar Town" premieres tonight with Courtney Cox as TV’s first billboard cougar, and it got us to thinking about those women in real life who could easily slip right into Courtney's shoes.
The man eaters (well, some of them are, right?) have been taking over the Hollywood dating scene and with the debut of "Cougar Town," we feel a rampage coming on! So to honor the she-cats, we came up with a list of a few celebrity cougars and and the hunky young-men they took off the market.
