After last night's play-by-play of the "New Moon" premiere in LA (The dresses! The signs! The Pattinson!) we wanted to see how the stars felt after all the premiere madness on Twitter. Jamie Campbell Bower posted on his page, "Wow. Utterly amazing last night was. Thank you to everyone who camped out, showed their support or was there in spirit. Love you. x" and Edi Gathegi (pictured, left) wrote, "Thank you everyone! Last night was spectacular. Hope we do well this weekend. And hope you love the film!" No need to worry there, Edi, we can pretty much foresee both of those things happening. But, the hardcore fans weren't the only ones getting love from last night's festivities, the film's director Chris Weitz (pictured, right) got props from his stars today. After giving kudos to fans, Gil Birmingham gave love to the man at the helm, "Really amazing movie. Chris Weitz is a master." Ditto Tinsel Korey who tweeted, "By the way... the movie was awesome. Wolf Pack rocks! Mr. Weitz you have made an amazing film. :)"

Of course, we've all got to find something to do to kill time until the movie's release this Friday! Luckily, some new tunes dropped today and we know which albums Taylor Swift will be jamming with, "Two of my favorite boys have albums out today: @johncmayer and @justinbieber. Good luck this week!" Both her boys showed their gratitude via Twitter. Justin Bieber, whose album has been climbing the charts steadily all day, took to his Twitter to thank all his followers, "getting alot of congrats and this is a fairytale type messages. Just wanted 2 say thank u 2 all of u for 2day because u made this dream real," while John Mayer wrote a gracious, "It's here - Battle Studies. Having a quiet afternoon filled with gratitude. Thanks everyone for following along..."

The sunlight didn't stop vampires from coming outside to the stage of the Mall of Georgia courtyard yesterday as “New Moon” stars Edi Gathegi (Laurent) and Jamie Campbell Bower (Caius) stopped in the dirty south to sign some autographs and tell fans how they really feel about Robert Pattinson.

Outside of the Mall of Georgia, hundreds of fans kept busy getting free makeovers and vampire teeth from “Hot Topic” while waiting for the cast to arrive.

If there was one thing “New Moon” fans found out last night at the latest mall tour stop, it was that Jamie Campbell Bower and Edi Gathegi have nothing to hide. Edi admitted he’s never seen “Titanic.” Jamie has never eaten a Pop-Tart. Edi’s Kelly voice really does sound feminine. And Jamie’s favorite “New Moon” scene happens to be one of the more emotional moments—when Edward leaves Bella. “It’s incredibly heart wrenching, and a beautiful scene,” he said.

Even in the spacious Mall of America, a chorus of intermittent screams made it easy to find the hundreds of Twihards who had waited hours in line in hopes of obtaining an autograph from Volturi Caius and vampire Laurent. Add that wait to the time they’d already endured just to get the wristbands necessary to stand in that line and it was easy to understand their restlessness.

You know the phase of a "New Moon" has officially begun when the cast starts making so many appearances that we can't keep up with all the delectable photos coming our way! Today, Larry Carroll is speaking to all of your favorites (keep checking back with us all day for updates!), and later he'll also be attending the kick off of the Hot Topic Cast Tour at Hollywood & Highland (again, MTV News will be your source for on-the-scene reports!).

But ... before all that madness gets underway, a few of the clan (a.k.a. some wolves, a human and a vampire) got together last night to launch the Nordstrom version of the "New Moon" cast tour (check out the rest of Nordstrom's stops here) in Canoga Park, California. So click on the photo below to see our entire gallery of Edi Gathegi, Christian Serratos, Alex Meraz, Chaske Spencer, Bronson Pelletier and Kiowa Gordon hamming it up. We especially love the way Edi looks to be clawing at Christian's face. Cute.

Over the past couple of weeks, MTV in-house "Twilight" expert Larry Carroll posted a series of interviews he did with the cast of "New Moon." Today the lucky guy is off interviewing the stars again (we will have more for you on that later!) but to try to make sense of the madness, we at Hollywood Crush have decided to pick our five favorite questions from his interviews for your reading pleasure. Sorry Billy Burke — you didn't quite make the cut!

KELLAN LUTZ

Q: What is the one question that you hope you never get asked again in an interview?

Kellan: Do I wear boxers or briefs? I think it's such a funny one, and there's always someone and they're usually older than 50 who asks that question.

Greetings, Crushers! This was a banner weekend for vampire and werewolf fans as lots of goodies and news bits hit the Twiverse. Let's not waste anymore time and sink our teeth into all the dazzling deets!

1. "Ulalume: Howling at New Moon"

We're sure your "New Moon"-inspired Halloween costumes are going to be off the charts (especially those of you who decide to take our instructions on how to dress like Jane!), but now we have another way for you to celebrate the holiday "Twilight" style: MTV’s Ulalume Halloween Festival, which premieres on the channel at 9pm ET/PT this Friday (Oct. 30). The one-hour special will showcase performances by Paramore, AFI, Dead By Sunrise and Kid Cudi, along with a host of "Twilight" cast members. Kellan Lutz and Nikki Reed will kick-off the show from one of the most-feared haunted houses in the country. Ashley Greene will dish on rumors, while Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner will introduce an exclusive, sneak-peek clip from "New Moon." The clip will be available afterward on MTV.com.

This newest clip TV spot from Fandango (see it after the jump!) for "New Moon" brings a whole new level of intensity to the film. Focusing almost solely on the fight between Edward and Jacob over Bella, the clips shown seem for the most part to be brand new.

First and foremost, check out how intense wolf Jacob is! One of the things I have been hoping since the first teaser trailer was released was that Chris Weitz would change transformed Jacob from cute and cuddly to intense and badass (after fan backlash on CGI in other films like "Iron Man" the animation department has made alterations that were significant improvements) and Chris totally stepped up to the challenge. I no longer see "The Golden Compass" every time a wolf comes on screen, so kudos.

We love you MJ. We love you Beyonce and Lady Gaga. But the most exciting moment at the VMAs was the debut of a third “New Moon” trailer. For those of you who missed it, check out the full video and then follow our walk through of the entire trailer, with 70 (!) snap shots in total (click on any of the photos in this post to see all of 'em!). Happy Stephenie Meyer Day, indeed!

Above, we get a closer look at the man being punished by Aro (we look into who the mystery victim could be in our secrets of the "New Moon" trailer article!). Also in our flipbook, we see Jacob and Bella at the movie theater, Bella’s hallucinations of Edward and all those gorgeous Italy scenes.

JigsawWay back when we first heard about the special "New Moon" trailer being shown at the VMAs (yes, a whole nine days ago), we at Hollywood Crush decided there were three things above all else we would love to see in the sneak peek of the upcoming vamp flick: the Volturi, werewolves and Bella's cliff jump. I'm beginning to think there's a direct link between our wishes and what Summit delivers, because the newest "New Moon" trailer — a shortened version of what will be shown at the VMAs (!!!) — being shown before "Sorority Row" focuses heavily on all three.

If the excitement behind "Twilight" was getting to see Bella (Kristen Stewart) and the Cullen's in the flesh, than the excitement behind "New Moon" is watching the Volturi and the Quileute wolf pack come alive. The trailer opens with a shot of Dakota Fanning as Jane (she's pictured above), and then gives us our first look at the Volturi complete with Michael Sheen's Aro snapping the neck of some poor human individual. Robert Pattinson and Peter FacinelliOne of my favorite scenes from "Twilight" is when Edward takes Bella on a date to play thunderstorm baseball with the rest of the Cullen coven. When she asks why the family is so partial to the sport, Edward simply answers, "Well, it's the American past time." So it seems only fitting that the cast of "Twilight" will be taking to the diamond for a special Vampire Baseball "All-Star" game to celebrate Independence Day, and thanks to Ticketmaster, you can watch!

For $49 you can secure a seat at PGE Park in Portland, Ore. to watch Rachelle Lefevre, Peter Facinelli, Edi Gathegi, Michael Welch, Christian Serratos and more swing for the fences (disclaimer: vampire super-strength and speed not included). For an extra $86, you can upgrade to the "Premium Full-Day Package," which includes the Vampire Baseball game, admission to that evening's Beavers vs. Sky Sox game, a voucher for an autograph and a voucher for dinner, dessert and a soft drink.
