If you were to dream up a group of actors to band together and make an environmentally conscious, nature exploration show, I think it's fair to assume that you would not expect those actors to be James Lafferty ("One Tree Hill"), Stephen Colletti ("One Tree Hill," "Laguna Beach") and Stuart Lafferty ("Death Sentence," "One Tree Hill").

The brothers Lafferty, Stephen and award-winning nature photographer and author Ian Shive star in a show called "Wild Life: A New Generation Of Wild," that is all about bringing the wonders of the great outdoors to a new generation. The adventurous guys have captured exploits varying from Everglades exploration to swimming with manatees.

Hollywood Crush caught up with Ian recently to get the lowdown on their buzzworthy project and why the show is meaningful (and not just "Celebrities Gone Wild").

PierreA few weeks ago Stephen Colletti dished to MTV News about the Utah-set "One Tree Hill" season finale. Yesterday, star James Lafferty spilled some more details about the shoot to TVGuide.com in advance of the show's return to The CW last night.

"Those snow days were so much fun," he said. "It was literally like being a kid again. Working in that much snow all day, having that much fun, having such a blast building snow men and throwing snow balls around and having Jackson [Brundage] around —l his energy is so infectious you're a kid right along with him. You wrap a day, take all your snow clothes off, put on your regular clothes, get in the van to go back to your hotel, and then it just hits you how exhausted you are."

Robert Buckley has had many ups and downs playing sports agent Clay on "One Tree Hill." But now that he's back in the good graces of Nathan (James Lafferty) and has found love with Quinn (Shantel VanSanten), could anything possibly go wrong for the guy?

As it turns out, it sure can. And not just for Clay, but for a few other of the characters on the show, too. "Right now, I know that Julian and Brooke are certainly not out of the woods yet. They're still struggling," Robert tells Hollywood Crush. "Clay just caught wind of some stuff. He's about to find himself in another tight spot, in another jam. He has a knack for finding the drama."

Let's be honest. There are two super-awesome reasons to watch “One Tree Hill.” First, the nonstop crazy pants drama. Kidnapping nannies? Dogs eating transplant hearts? Ghost wives? Yes please! But second, and possibly more importantly, is the fact that the cast is both talented AND attractive. Jana Kramer, who plays troubled actress-turned-aspiring screenwriter Alex Dupre, has gotten to work with the three hottest guys on the show: Robert Buckley, who plays sports agent Clay, James Lafferty, who plays basketball star Nathan, and Austin Nichols, who plays movie mogul Julian.

In case you were wondering, Hollywood Crush is now officially jealous of her. Though it's a seemingly impossible decision, we made her choose between the three men of the show. "I love Austin — he plays Julian. He is amazing," Jana said. "I mean, I have an amazing boyfriend so I don’t look at these guys like that, but that would be my catch."

Robert Buckley literally finds himself in some marginally hot water on tonight's "One Tree Hill." In a teaser that aired last week, Dan Scott (Paul Johansson) is seen drowning Nate's hottie sports agent, Clay (Robert). And, it seems that our most recent Hump Day Hottie is taking this violent turn all in stride.

"Is he drowning? Or is he perhaps giving Clay a swimming lesson?" Robert jokedto us about the events that look to be unfolding tonight after Clay fails to follow through on getting Nate (James Lafferty) a basketball contract. "It could be tough love. No. I'm just kidding. That would be a terrible swimming lesson."

For longtime fans of the series, Dan's violent tendencies won't come as a surprise, but for newer fans this may seem like an interesting road for daddy dearest (who's now a supposed self-help guru) to take. Plus, it raises the question: Is Dan really reformed?

It seems like there's buzz around every show on the CW, except "One Tree Hill." And the irony in that is that the show actually has more viewers each week than those other heavily marketed series like "Gossip Girl" or "Melrose Place." Even so, the celebrity residents of Tree Hill — most of which have been around since moving into the town in 2003! — aren't that worried about the lack of publicity because they love what they can get away with on a show that doesn't get put under the typical TV magnifying glass all the time.

"A benefit of being sort of the ugly stepchild on the network," star Austin Nichols explained to the LA Times, is that they can "go for things" like his "passionate, 'Fountainhead'-like romance" with Brooke Davis (Sophia Bush) on the show's current season.
