Before we wish everyone a Happy 9/9/09, we must first say Happy Birthday to Sparrow James Midnight Madden, the newborn son of Joel Madden and Nicole Richie (pictured)! Congrats, little guy, you officially have the coolest possible birthday ever. Sparrow's family took to Twitter to welcome him to the world, including proud papa Joel who joked, "1st day of his life & my son is already a trending topic on twitter. That's right son, ur just like your old man. wait,i've never been a #TT." While Joel's brother and bandmate Benji tweeted, "Very Happy Day for The Richie-Madden Family."

Kendra Wilkinson won't get bragging rights to having her baby on 9/9/09 like the Richie-Maddens, but she will get to celebrate today regardless. The "Kendra" star told fans, "Soo excited for my baby shower today!! Cant wait to see what @bunnybridget has planned..cupcakes n pickles please??? Lol." We're happy for you Kendra, but we're just a little happier we don't share your cravings at the moment!

It seems that more and more lifestyle brands are replacing models with celebrities as faces to represent them. With Fergie for MAC cosmetics, Lindsay Lohan for Fornarina and most recently, Hayden Christensen for Lacoste, it’s no surprise that a California-friendly line like Ocean Pacific (a.k.a. Op) has gathered a few of the hottest Hollywood stars to front its new fall line.

Op started using familiar personalities in ads for its Spring/Summer 2008 “OPen Road” campaign, which starred Kristin Cavallari, Rumer Willis, Christina Milian, Josie Maran, Pete Wentz, Corbin Bleu and Wilmer Valderrama. The original beachy lifestyle brand has now stepped up the ante with "One Tree Hill" actress Sophia Bush, Good Charlotte’s Joel Madden,"The Hills" playboy Brody Jenner, "90210" vixen AnnaLynne McCord, singer (and sister to Beyoncé) Solange Knowles and "Dancing with the Stars" contestant Cody Linley.
