"A Warrior’s Heart" starring "Twilight" co-stars Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene hits theaters Friday (in limited release), and in a new featurette, the two sometimes-vampires give a little insight into their characters. Plus, Ashley reveals what it’s like to make out with her real-life bud on-screen.

Kellan stars in the flick as popular guy Conor Sullivan, the school’s most valued lacrosse player, who is struggling with the death of his Marine father. "This film has everything. It’s a great coming-of-age story," he said, adding that it’s action-packed and that he often does his own stunts. We don’t think you’ll be needing a stunt-double for those shirtless locker room scenes, Kellan. We think you got that one covered.

Kellan Lutz, who changes his hairstyle more often than some people change their underpants, is at it again: the "Breaking Dawn" star tweeted out a picture of his latest 'do, and it's...um...well...undone. For where there once was hair—glorious, curly, multi-hued hair!—there is now only a five-o'clock head shadow and a prickly feeling. (He first tweeted a pic of himself with a Noah "Puck" Puckerman 'do, joking that he wasn't sure whether Movember was a mustache or Mohawk movement.)

Kellan had been duty-bound to hang on to his hair for the duration of the "The Twilight Saga" filming schedule, and no doubt he was giddy to see it gone; his tweet accompanying the pic mentioned the "amazing" feeling of frolicking in the Australian sea with his newly shorn head. But considering the smoldering sexylook on his face, we're thinking that he's thinking that the ladies are going to like this change, too. Sooooo...ladies? (And men! We don't discriminate!) Somewhere in between fighting the Volturi and hunting rabbits, the Cullen siblings, Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene, stepped out of their vampire roles and starred in a very different type of movie.

A new trailer for the drama "A Warrior's Heart" has found its way online, and it's definitely a swoonworthy clip; dark and brooding Kellan plays hot-shot lacrosse star Conor Sullivan, who is spiraling out of control after the death of his Marine father. But by his side (and on his lips) is cheerleader Brooklyn (played by Ashley), who isn't giving up on him.

If "The Twilight Saga" DVDs are lacking one thing, it's a proper bloopers reel. I mean, who wouldn't want to watch Taylor Lautner get stuck in his too-tight T-shirt as he whips it off for yet another shirtless scene? (NOT THIS GIRL) So it's in that spirit that we asked Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz earlier this year which funnies they'd include on the "Breaking Dawn" DVD. And they revealed a pretty great tidbit:

"We kind of pulled a prank on the director," Ashley explained. "The whole entire extended cast—like, every vampire coven—decided to plan out this dance, and do it instead of doing the scene. Bill [Condon, the director] started hysterically laughing."

So, of course, when I hopped on the phone with Bill last week to chat all things "Breaking Dawn" (including shooting that infamous sex scene and the film's soundtrack), I just had to ask about getting punk'd by a bunch of bloodsuckers. And as it turns out, the moment was even more epic than we imagined.

We always kinda figured that the hot young stars of "The Twilight Saga" would dine out every night at the hottest restaurants in town—wolfing down mountains of high-end caviar and eating rare, peculiar meat products off the naked backs of beautiful slaves. But, um, apparently not? Because when MTV News caught up with Ashley Greene at the Teen Choice Awards, the girl was giving rave reviews to the culinary talents of none other than co-star Kellan Lutz.

"I was so excited, the place we ended up staying at, literally a block away was Whole Foods," she gushed. "Me and Kellan get excited sometimes, like, let's just buy everything! We're gonna cook every night!"

We live in a time when scandal generally outshines generosity, so when celebrities use their fame for good, we think it deserves special mention. Which is why we're excited that Justin Bieber is following in the footsteps of other kindhearted celebrities and auctioning off an autographed pair of bedazzled lace-up sneakers with proceeds going to the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund.

The charity auction's official site reports the winner will receive "one pair of black Supra sneakers, signed and worn by Justin Bieber, along with a certificate of authenticity." The current bid as of press time sits at a whopping $1,000, and the next minimum bid must be an increase of $100. It’s just a small price to pay for memorabilia that will last a lifetime (potential Bieber stink may be included) and benefit an important cause. The auction ends on August 10, so what are you waiting for?

Justin’s philanthropic act of donating personal items is something celebrities have been doing for a while, so we were inspired to look back at other celebrities who tore clothes off their backs and donated them to the greater good. Check it out after the jump!

Once word got out about our exclusive Comic-Con Q&A with the cast of "Breaking Dawn," fans took to Twitter in droves to ask for the inside scoop on everything from behind-the-scenes gossip to the vampire stars' preferred brand of body glitter! But when we sat down with Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz, there were two questions that really stood out...and garnered a couple surprising answers.

First on the list: a "Breaking Dawn" blooper reel! Is this an Actual Thing we might see on the DVD?

Sadly, the stars couldn't confirm—but if there is such a reel, Ashley knows exactly which behind-the-scenes shenanigans she'd most like to see on it:

Kellan Lutz has been keeping very busy since "Breaking Dawn" wrapped back in April. The hunky vampire has been taking over the streets of New York City for his new indie flick "Syrup," which has him suiting up as a young hot shot trying to move up the corporate ladder. We caught up with Kellan on set where he gave us the scoop on what we can expect from the upcoming flick.

"'Syrup' is about two twenty-something-year-olds, and it's a love story about marketing and two soda companies and the race to create the big, amazing product," Kellan explained. "It’s very fast paced. It's very much 'Wall Street' meets the advertisement world."
