Let's start off by saying that this particular post has a major spoiler about Amanda Seyfried's uber-romantic flick, "Letters To Juliet."
If you don't know who she ends up with at the end of the movie — Victor (Gael Garcia Bernal) or Charlie (Chris Egan) — then don't read any further. Or, if you enjoyed being spoiled, read on!

Five months into 2010 and Amanda Seyfried has headlined two flicks about the art of letter writing — "Dear John" and today's release, "Letters To Juliet." But, the actress admits that having two flicks with the same theme out in the same year is purely coincidental.
"Two romance movies coming out within three months is, it's just a coincidence because I've been doing a lot of different stuff," she explained to MTV News. "And they both happen to do with letters, which is random."

Looking flawless in her floral print DKNY top, peach lips, and messy ponytail, bombshell Amanda Seyfried graces the cover of June/July’s issue of Teen Vogue. She’s at the top of young Hollywood’s A list and with her new movie, “Letters to Juliet,” out in theaters tonight, you would think all the hype would go straight to her head. Nope! She explains to Teen Vogue how her “No Expectations” policy keeps her humbled and down-to-earth.
"I am successful now, and it's wonderful. But the reason it is so wonderful is because I didn't expect it to happen."

It seems that Amanda Seyfried has a soft spot for girls named Sophie. She played a Sophie in the hit musical flick "Mamma Mia," and now she's headed back to the big screen using the name in her new romantic movie, "Letters To Juliet." It seems Amanda has some of both their characteristics somewhere inside of her, as well. We're sure that makes playing the two Sophie's that much easier!
"Well the Sophie in 'Mamma Mia' is more similar to me. I mean they're both versions of me," she told MTV News at the "Letters" junket in Verona earlier this month. "[The 'Mamma Mia' one] is a more similar version — she's impulsive and scatterbrained and doesn’t really know who she is yet, but is willing to try and find out."

We told Gael Garcia Bernal being a Hump Day Hottie only lasts one week, and to make matters worse he's been ousted from the Hump Day Hottie hot spot by his "Letters to Juliet" co-star, the equally adorable, Christopher Egan.
Press play on the video below to see more of Christopher, and then keep reading for more details about him!
Vital Stats: This 24-year-old Aussie grew up near Sydney alongside his three brothers. He did theater back home and trained in gymnastics at the KICK Performance Group in Sydney. He even partook in eisteddfods. What are those, you ask? It's a Welsh festival of literature, music and performance. Hot!

That feeling of being swept off your feet isn’t something “Letters to Juliet” star Amanda Seyfried takes lightly! She recently opened up to us about what exactly she would do for that sweet (and sometimes not so sweet) emotion called love.
With a ton of romantic films under her belt (“Mamma Mia” and “Dear John”), it’s no surprise Amanda is a true romantic at heart, telling us “I’d fly anywhere for someone if I loved them. There are no boundaries.”

The original plan for Sophie's (Amanda Seyfried) Italian vacation with fiance Victor (Gael Garcia Bernal): to spend time with her each other before they get married — in fact, she dubs it a pre-honeymoon — and for Victor to collect food ideas his new Manhattan restaurant.
Of course, we all know thanks to the romantic dramedy's title, "Letters To Juliet," that while Victor is off bidding on wine and such, Sophie's adventure takes her on a journey to find long lost lovers. In the clip below — a scene that takes place before they leave for Verona — you can witness firsthand just how passionate Victor is about his food. "Moderately speaking, I think I'm creating a masterpiece," he brags of his noodles while his lady love can't get a word in edgewise. As adorable as we think Gael (he was our Hump Day Hottie last week after all!), er, victor, is, we can't blame Sophie for feeling a bit invisible!
Will you be seeing "Letters to Juliet" this Friday? Are you as big of a fan of pasta as Gael is?

Amanda Seyfried is booked for back-to-back filming until 2012! (upcoming projects include "A Woman of No Importance," "The Girl with the Red Riding Hood" and "Albert Nobbs"). But the busy actress, who will next be seen in "Letters to Juliet," still found the time to appear on the cover of InStyle Hair and tell all about her long-distance relationship with "Mamma Mia!" costar Dominic Cooper.
On the cover, the actress wears her coveted golden locks in cascading waves, pinned to one side with a beautiful flower, and a seductive, pose. Inside the issue, Amanda sports a reverse updo and a sexy braid (all styled by Harry Josh). We all agree that these images add to the proof that Miss Seyfried looks stunning with any hair style.

It's fair to say that Gael Garcia Bernal is muy caliente! And so in honor of his undeniable babeness, his native country's national holiday of Cinco De Mayo and his upcoming role as the slightly clueless Victor in the adorable romantic flick, "Letters To Juliet," we here at Hollywood Crush decided to make Senor Garcia Bernal this week's Hump Day Hottie.
Press play on the video below to see more of Gael, and then keep reading for more details about him!
Vital Stats: Gael, 31, was born in Guadalajara, Mexico and he began acting at a very early age. He was an infant when he began starring in telenovelas, which he starred in right through his teens. Also, Gael is a bit of a do-gooder. He taught Huichol Indians how to read and he has a political side having been involved in the peaceful demonstrations during the Chiapas uprising in 1994. He's a dad to his son Lázaro, who he had with fellow thespian Dolores Fonzi.

Every day a multitude of stars wander through the halls of MTV News to talk about their latest projects and goof around with staff members. But sometimes we catch stars elsewhere, and that's why we put together Spotted!, a daily compendium of stars in the wild.
“Letters to Juliet” star Amanda Seyfried and boyfriend Dominic Cooper celebrated the film’s Tribeca premiere at NYC’s La Bottega yesterday. You might recognize Dominic from another Amanda Seyfried flick — yup, two years after the pair hit it off on the “Mamma Mia” set they still can’t get enough of each other! The dancing queens spent much of the night chatting it up with Gary Winick — director of “Letters to Juliet” — and other stars of the Verona-based film including Christopher Egan. All signs point to one successful after party…
