There was no easing into last night's macabre festivities at Spike TV's Scream 2009 award show. Nope, my eyes were covered mere seconds into the telecast as a pair of creepy blonde twins ascended above the stage. Instead of engaging in a rousing game of hopscotch or Miss Mary Mack, the devilish duo put on a bone-chilling display of "Mindfreak" proportions, as one drew a knife to her throat apparently slashing it, while blood gushed instead from the artery of her sister. Shudder! Squeal! Hide! And that was just the beginning. There was an award for Most Memorable Mutilation Scene. Seriously.

Between disembowlments and decapitations, the sci-fi/fantasy/horror ceremony managed to hand out several spike statues, with the HBO series "True Blood" sucking up the most wins. The vampire brethren of "Twilight" along with "Star Trek" and "Transformers" also scored several awards. In addition to the many stars on hand, the audience was packed with vampire/zombie/ghost-clad audience members who looked as bloodthirsty as Count Dracula. I have a feeling some of their desires were quenched with the slew of World Premiere footage aired throughout the night from highly anticipated films like "New Moon," "Alice in Wonderland," and "Shutter Island," as well as a never-before-seen clip from "Star Trek."

As I continue to try to bleach my brain of last night's horrors, let's turn our attention to some of the best moments from the Spike ceremony.

It was a dark (though not so stormy) night yesterday in L.A. when hosts of creepy creatures collided for Spike TV's 2009 Scream Awards. Held at the Greek Theatre, the awards ceremony honored the best in sci-fi, fantasy, comics and horror. Though the show doesn't air until Tuesday, Oct. 27 at 10 p.m., we got to peek the fittingly dark fashions.

"New Moon" star Taylor Lautner was on hand to receive his Best Male Breakout Performance role for "Twilight," wearing what is quickly becoming his signature look — a black leather jacket, t-shirt and dark-wash jeans.

It seems like we’ve been in a bit of a Megan Fox recession since “Jennifer’s Body” bombed in box office. Not to fear, we will soon be seeing her face everywhere once again after fashion powerhouse Giorgio Armani announced she would be the new face of Armani’s Emporio Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans campaigns.

Women’s Wear Daily reports the new images for the clothing lines will start appearing worldwide in January. WWD says the images will appear in print ads and billboards, and potentially (gentlemen, cross your fingers!) Megan might participate at in-store events to promote the campaign. The shoot was taken over the weekend in Los Angeles by photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.

Megan Fox is at it again. In just the last year, the young actress and cover-girl has admitted to cutting herself in Rolling Stone, shared how to pick up guys in Cosmo and discussed her "provocative nature" with Entertainment Weekly.

Now, she's telling Nylon why she feels overexposed after "Transformers" and completely exposed in "Jennifer's Body."

Megan, who was recently boycotted (for like one whole day) by some men's sites, claims the media blitz for "Transformers" caused her to over-extend her welcome in the spotlight. "I was part of a movie that [the studio] wanted to make sure would make $700 million, so they oversaturated the media with their stars," says Megan, about the movie, which for better or worse, made her a household name.

Megan Fox is known world wide for not only her intense attractiveness but her shocking commentary on herself, other talent, and the world of Hollywood. Megan, at the young age of 23 already has quite a story to tell, and she's continuing to do so, this time in Rolling Stone.

Already coming at number 1 this year on FHM’s list of the 100 sexiest women, Megan is someone known exclusively for her beautiful face, and nearly perfect body. Another actress that provokes similar media and public attention for the same reasons is Angelina Jolie, an actress that Megan admits she shares some similarities with, but does not want to discuss because "If I did talk about it, I’d be taking on a role-model status, and I’d have to choose my words very carefully, and I’d have to make sure I reveal it in a specific way, and I don’t want to do it," she says. Ironically, in this same interview, she admits to cutting herself as a child, which is yet another fact she shares in common with Angelina.

Amanda Seyfried and her adorable boyfriend, Dominic Cooper, already tackled an attempted marriage on a gorgeous, picturesque Greek island in "Mamma Mia," (all while busting out in Abba tunes and dancing next to Meryl Streep, natch), but they about to enter more mature, less sing-songy territory.

A girl on girl kiss.

That's right, in case you hadn't heard already, Amanda and her "Jennifer's Body" costar Megan Fox have an intimate moment in Sept. 18th horror flick, in which they play high school besties. So how did Dominic handle the, er, action? "He was totally turned on by it," Amanda told MTV News during the Toronto Film Festival. Can't say we're surprised, can we?

For all of you men out there hoping “Transformers 3,” “Jonah Hex” or even the upcoming “Jennifer’s Body” would feature some brief (or not so brief) footage of Megan Fox’s private lady parts, you are going to be sadly let down.

“As of right now I can’t ever imagine myself doing nudity in a film,” she said definitively to MTV’s Josh Horowitz during her interview for “Behind the Screen.” Read more...

In case you headed out for your Labor Day vacation and forgot to set your DVR for MTV's explosive return of "Behind The Screen" (our inside look at the hottest movies making their way to your local multiplex) then fret not. We have the first segment right here of tonight's "BTS" episode, in which Megan Fox gives tons of insidery information about her Sept. 18 horror movie, "Jennifer's Body" and about herself.

These past few days on Hollywood Crush, you've learned that Megan thinks she's a "complete lunatic," that she won't sing on camera (even when there's money involved) and that she's more comfortable kissing girls. Well, now it's time to fill your Megan Fox trivia box up with even more personal information. Yes, that's right, the candid actress is just that when she talks about her sexuality. In fact, she confesses flat out to her interviewer, MTV News' Josh Horowitz, the first time she "did the deed" was after high school. Press play below to hear more!

What do you think about Megan's revealing interview?

With a few simple words — "You are the sexiest man in glasses I have ever seen" — MTV News' Josh Horowitz's heart has been sworn to "Transformers" babe Megan Fox forever. The interview, which was recorded for the "Behind the Screen" series on MTV, was to promote the foxy brunette's upcoming film, "Jennifers Body." This revelation about Josh's looks came just after she had confessed she was just as insecure and awkward an outcast in high school as your average Jane.

"I think I have been very vocal about the fact that I am outrageously insecure," Megan shared with a laugh. Despite often being portrayed in a mean girl light, Megan said she was not superficial or cruel like her onscreen counterpart, Jennifer. "I was never a mean girl," she emphasized. "No, I was always the outcast." Read more...

Even if you’ve never seen one of her movies, you’ve heard of Megan Fox. Dropping men’s jaws worldwide with her breakout performance in 2007’s “Transformers,” Megan has gone on to become one of Hollywood’s most prominent sex symbols of this generation, and every publicist’s nightmare. Giving quotes in interviews like, “I resent having to prove that I'm not a retard," "Hollywood is the most superficial thing you could possibly be a part of and if I weren't attractive I wouldn't be working at all" and "If I ever lose a [film] role because of my tattoos, I'll quit Hollywood and go to work at Costco," Megan Fox is outspoken, hysterical and completely irresistible.
