If director Michael Bay has his way, audiences will be asking "Megan Fox, who?!" when model-turned-actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley makes her big-screen debut in "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" (out today). Following some controversial remarks from Megan, Michael famously plucked Victoria's Secret Angel Rosie from the runway to replace the bombshell brunette, who had played Shia LaBeouf's love interest in the first two installments.

Rosie certainly isn't the first model to try her pretty hand (and face and body) at acting. In fact, our friends over at MTV Movies Blog took a look at several strutters-turned-silver-screen-stars, including Rebecca Romijn, Tyra Banks and Elizabeth Hurley. But 24-year-old Rosie is among a new class of models making their mark on celluloid, so let's take a look at a hot handful of her fellow up-and-coming models-turned-actresses:

If there's one thing we learned about Shia LaBeouf from his new Details profile, it's that he isn't afraid of a little kiss and tell. The "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" star, whose new movie hits theaters tomorrow, opened up to the magazine about fame, family and future projects, but it's his comments about ex co-star Megan Fox (trust us, we were just as shocked as you) that are causing the most buzz.

While Shia didn't get into specifics about their "relationship" (we're using that term loosely), he did say that it was a result of spending a lot of time together on the "Transformers" set. (In case you missed it, Megan has been replaced by model Rosie Huntington-Whitley for the latest installment of the series).

"I never understood the separation of work and life in that situation. But the time I spent with Megan was our own thing, and I think you can see the chemistry onscreen," he said. Though his revelation about Megan sparked a ton of chatter, it wasn't the only eyebrow-raising tidbit from the interview. Check out five other notable soundbites from Shia's Details profile after the jump:

If you didn't know who Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was before she topped the Maxim Hot 100 list, you definitely do now. The British actress-model (for Victoria's Secret no less!) stars in the upcoming "Transformers" flick (in lieu of No. 13 hottie Megan Fox) and has been, unsurprisingly, a major Google trend all morning. While men the world over have been ogling her bountiful portfolio of swimsuit pics (who are we kidding, we have been too), we've got some news for you. Rosie also looks hot FULLY clothed (shocking, we know). To prove our point, we've pulled five of her best looks below. So check 'em out and prepare for hotness overload.

Likely just hours before being crowned the HOTTEST WOMAN ON THE PLANET, Rosie hit the streets of New York looking très chic in a loose white blouse and dark trousers, while keeping her eyes fixated on her phone (we'd like to think she was checking out her reflection because that's what you do when you're THAT good looking). Notice how her hair is oh-so perfectly billowing in the wind. Most girls need fans and multiple hairstylists to achieve that effect, but clearly the same rules don't apply to Maxim's reigning beauty.

While most films are getting a well-deserved pat on the back right about now, a few of our favorite cinematic vampires are being taken down a peg. The Razzie nominations were announced today, and "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" tied with "The Last Airbender" for the most nominations at nine a piece.

Unsurprisingly (based on previous Razzie nominations), "Eclipse" was nominated for Worst Picture, Worst Director, Worst Screenplay and Worst Prequel, Remake, Rip-Off or Sequel, and the actors didn't get off the hook either. Kristen Stewart was nominated for Worst Actress, both Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner were nominated for Worst Actor (also getting nods for their other 2010 films), Jackson Rathbone got a Worst Supporting Actor nod for "The Last Airbender" and "Eclipse," and the entire cast was nominated as Worst Screen Couple/Worst Screen Ensemble.

When it comes to the Golden Globes, we've come to expect nothing short of fabulous fashion, and this year's awards were no exception. From glamorous gowns to sparkling dresses, the carpet was flooded with breathtaking looks that impressed us from beginning to end. Most of the celebrities who stepped out for the event, including Natalie Portman and Lea Michele, opted for lighter colors such as pink, peach or nude. Others, like Mila Kunis and Angelina Jolie, dazzled in deeper hues. All of them, however, looked phenomenal. Check out our nine favorite ladies below.

Pretty in Pink
With so many celebs choosing pink for the big night, it was hard to decide who wore the color best (truthfully, most of them did), but the three that really stood out for us were Natalie, Scarlett Johansson and Lea. Nat, who earned our praise for her Critics' Choice attire earlier this weekend, was the epitome of elegance in a light pink gown with red flower detailing by Viktor & Rolf. We loved that the mommy-to-be accessorized her outfit with a red clutch and some serious bling (did you see that diamond necklace?!). As for ScarJo, her dress featured loose, long sleeves and evoked a sense of romanticism. Our only gripe with her look was the hair, which felt a little like an afterthought. Lea, on the other hand, was total perfection in a dramatic gown by Oscar de la Renta, which left us swooning.

All these celeb break-ups have gotten us totally down in the dumps, but 2010 heralded plenty of Hollywood marriages that have proved to us that love is still alive. Some of them were total surprises, like when Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green tied the knot in Hawaii (and it took us a week to find out about it!), while other ones we waited years for (looking at you Nicole Richie and Joel Madden).

In typical year-end fashion, we've gathered up our favorite celebrity weddings of 2010 and are letting you pick the one you loved the most. Vote in our poll after the jump to tell us your favorite, and brush up on the candidates here.

Have you been sobbing into your gingerbread over the latest spate of celeb breakups?

...Well, okay, us too. (Scarlett and Ryan just looked so pretty together! SOB.) But if you take a look back at 2010, it's clear that this wasn't just a year of heartbreak; it also included a hefty bunch of big, white weddings between the rich and famous! Awww. And today, we're awarding the honors to most memorable matrimonial celebrations of the year—with five famous couples, a Four Seasons ceremony, three little kids, two elephants, and a partridge in a pear tree*.

Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox win the award for best surprise ceremony, when they quietly tied the knot in Hawaii only weeks after announcing their engagement. (To be filed under Things That Will Never Happen Again: the words "Megan Fox" and "quietly" appearing in the same sentence.) But in classic Hollywood fashion, most of the famous weddings on our list were swank, flashy affairs with big guest lists and even bigger names in attendance. For instance: Carrie Underwood's half-a-mil nuptials with Mike Fisher at the Atlanta Ritz, which drew celeb guests like fellow country stars Faith Hill and Tim McGraw; and Alicia Keys' wedding to producer Swizz Beatz, which was officiated by none other than Deepak Chopra.

Megan FoxFinally, we have some good—no, great!—casting news for Hollywood Crush favorite Megan Fox. Since she dropped out (or was dropped from?) "Transformers 3," the stars haven't quite aligned for her in terms of projects and box office revenues, but The Hollywood Reporter has a casting scoop that seems like it could put Megan back on top.

According to THR, Megan will be joining Jon Hamm, Adam Scott, Jennifer Westfeldt and Kristen Wiig in the upcoming rom-com "Friends With Kids." The project follows a pair of thirtysomething best friends who come up with a way to bypass the stress of having kids by having a child with each other, and then proceed to date other people. Megan will play a girl who Adam dates after he and Jennifer have a child.

If you prefer your Hollywood hotties on the "blood-soaked" end of the spectrum, you'll want to tune into this year's Spike TV Scream 2010 Awards on October 19th—where all your favorite ghosts, ghouls, scaremongers and scream queens will gather to honor the best in this year's sci-fi, fantasy, comics and horror films. Even Kristen Stewart, favorite prey of vampires everywhere, will make an appearance on the event's red carpet.

Kristen has earned a nomination for Best Fantasy Actress, even though a few hard-nosed horror fans are arguing that "Eclipse" doesn't really deserve a spot at the Scream awards. (Clearly they've never been sitting in a crowd of teenage girls during Taylor Lautner's shirtless scenes. Talk about screaming.) And she'll be joined by other screamingly fabulous (haha, see what we did there?) celebs including Megan Fox, "Star Trek'"s Chris Hemsworth and "True Blood" hottie Alexander Skarsgård, who's vying for "Best Horror Actor" honors alongside co-star Stephen Moyer.

I'm filing this one under "one step closer to a 'Wicked' movie" news. Deadline has the exciting scoop that Sam Raimi is officially attached to direct Disney's "Oz: The Great And Powerful" and Robert Downey Jr. is likely to play the Wizard. The film follows the basic idea that when the Wizard (who I'm sure will have a name—hopefully) landed in Oz, he followed an odyssey similar to that of Dorothy in "The Wizard of Oz." Know what that means? He'll likely meet the Wicked Witch of the West!

There aren't too many details out yet about the script, which is undergoing some rewrites by David Lindsay-Abaire, but to stick with the classic mythology of Oz they've got to at least have the Witch be some sort of villain... and, yes, all we can think of is how this could borrow from the new mythology added to the story from Gregory Maguire's "Wicked." So now we've decided to dust off our "Wicked" the movie dream list for Elphaba throw some actresses' names into the pot to play the Witch in "Oz." Click on after the jump to vote on which star would be your choice!
