This Sunday we have a hot date planned with the likes of James Franco, Natalie Portman, Jesse Eisenberg, Hailee Steinfeld and, of course, a fellow named Oscar.

Our very favorite stars will put on their best threads and vie for a coveted Academy Award, and whether or not our picks get to take the podium at the Kodiak Theater, all of them have some amazing projects lined up in the next few months and years that we're equally excited for.

Here now is rundown of what's next for some of our favorite 2011 Oscar nominees:

The same day we relayed the news Kristen Stewart is likely to star in "Snow White and the Huntsman," we're also getting our first look at her in another non-"Twilight" project, "On The Road." French website Comme au Cinema posted several photos that show Kristen with her costars Garrett Hedlund and Sam Riley.

The first photo shows Kristen as Marylou dancing in front of a bunch of drunk spectators, and it looks like she's in the same outfit she wore when we saw her in these photos back in August.

In the second photo (click on the image above to see our entire flipbook of "On the Road" images), we see Kristen with Garrett, who plays Dean Moriarty, and Sam, who plays Sal Paradise (a.k.a. Jack Kerouac's fictional alter-ego), in the car smiling at the camera. It's unclear whether this is just a promo shot or if it's from a scene in the film where they actually start addressing the camera.

Yet another reason to sigh dreamily when you gaze at Garrett Hedlund's handsome face—the man was a guinea pig for Kristen Stewart's cooking while the two were shooting "On the Road" this summer.

"You got to try the tortilla soup!" he raved when MTV News' Josh Horowitz asked him about KStew's prowess in the kitchen. "It's incredible. Perfect. She's honed it."

As you'll recall, Kristen shyly told us late last year that she spent a lot of time cooking for her costars during filming. "I didn't bake; I cooked a lot, though. I was the only girl on set," she said. "I think I can do a really, really good, terrific tortilla soup. That was my 'On the Road' dish."

We're still months away from "On The Road" hitting theaters, but Kristen Stewart's costars in the film are already generating plenty of buzz for her performance. Garrett Hedlund, who plays Dean Moriarty in the film, has been making the rounds promoting "Tron: Legacy" and "Country Strong," while Amy Adams, who plays Jane, has been busy supporting "The Fighter." When MTV News caught up with both stars, they had nothing but the best things to say about KStew's turn as Marylou in the adaptation of Jack Kerouac's classic novel.

"[She is] incredible, and in this, everyone is going to get to see how hard of a worker she is, man. I mean, the devotion that she puts into her work, and her performance is going to be exposed highly in this," Garrett gushed to interviewer Josh Horowitz.

What's "Welcome to the Rileys" star Kristen Stewart's not-so-hidden talent? The girl can cook...and bake! Earlier this year when Kristen and her "Eclipse" costars Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner were interviewed by Entertainment Weekly, Kristen supplied the refreshments—a loquat pie. And even though she didn't bring any treats for us when we sat down with her a few weeks ago, we still wanted to hear all about her latest culinary pursuits.

While on set for "On the Road," Kristen was the de facto cast chef, and if we had to guess, we'd bet her dishes easily rivaled anything craft services could cook up. "I didn't bake," she said. "I cooked a lot though. I was the only girl on set."

Every day a multitude of stars wander through the halls of MTV News to talk about their latest projects and goof around with staff members. But sometimes we catch stars elsewhere, and that's why we put together Spotted!, a daily compendium of stars in the wild.

Welcome to the Beatnik generation, Kristen Stewart! The actress was Spotted! in full on-costume on the Canada set of "On the Road" last Friday. Playing Mary Lou, the wife to Garrett Hedlund's Dean Moriarty, Kristen has certainly come a long way from the forests of Forks in her late 50s-inspired pale pink blouse and long maroon skirt.

Though we realize the big news from the set came when pictures of Robert Pattinson stopping by surfaced, we have to imagine that Kristen was also excited by the newest announced additions to the already stellar cast (which as we learned last week now includes Rob's pal Tom Sturridge): Steve Buscemi, Elisabeth Moss, Alice Braga, Danny Morgan and Terrence Howard.

Click on the photo above to see who else we Spotted!, including Katy Perry arriving in Tokyo, Madonna celebrating her birthday and Victoria Justice and Big Time Rush hanging out at Macy's in NYC.

Tom SturridgeThere's definitely some perks to being friends with famous people, though it doesn't help to be a bit of a star yourself. Tom Sturridge, who is best known in films as main character Carl from "Pirate Radio" (called "The Boat That Rocked" everywhere but the US), is arguably as famous for his film roles as he is for being one of Robert Pattinson's best friends.

The gossip industry was going crazy earlier this week when photos of Tom and Rob's alleged girlfriend Kristen Stewart were seen in Montreal, where Kristen is shooting "On The Road." Why was "TomStu" in Montreal? Was he really RPattz in disguise, whose mission was to let Kristen borrow his black and white plaid shirt? Or was the meaning much more sinister?

Please, try to contain you glee, it's taken us a moment as well.

There’s nothing quite like watching a big action star get all mushy about a project (really, there isn’t… watch the clip for yourself!). During MTV News and MySpace’s live stream Friday (July 23) to promote “Tron Legacy,” Garrett Hedlund relished the opportunity to gush about his fellow actors in both “Tron” and the upcoming adaptation “On the Road.”

“I’ve been on [‘On the Road’] since the fall of ’07, and it’s sort of been on my mind since then,” Garrett told MTV News' Josh Horowitz. “When we jump onto projects like this, we’ve sort of got to tie that kite to a post and hope that it’s still flying as high as it was when you come back to it. Luckily, now with coming off ‘Tron’ and going into that, we’ve got to take that kite off.”
