Every day a multitude of stars wander through the halls of MTV News to talk about their latest projects and goof around with staff members. But sometimes we catch stars elsewhere, and that's why we put together Spotted!, a daily compendium of stars in the wild.
Sandra Bullock put her "All About Steve", costar Bradley Cooper in the hot seat at the Hollywood Awards yesterday at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, when, according to Entertainment Tonight, she grilled him on camera about his current love interests.
The "Miss Congeniality," star stole the mic from "ET" host Mary Hart, before turning her attention toward Bradley. "So, Bradley ... Who are you seeing? Who are you hanging out with these days?" Bradley, who, in just the last year, has been linked to stars Denise Richards, Jennifer Aniston and, most recently, Renee Zellweger, slyly averted the question with a laugh and an F-bomb. Well played Coops.

It's been four months since Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock united on the big screen to play a boss and assistant who "fake" an engagement in the romantic comedy "The Proposal." If you were one of the many moviegoers who took in the highest grossing rom com in history (OK, only in the U.S., but still people, that's quite a feat!) when it was still in theaters, then you'll recall the way the movie ended, leaving us all even more charmed by Ryan that we already were.
You see, after calling off his faux engagement to his Canadian boss, Maggie (Sandra), Ryan's Andrew (SPOILER ALERT!!) realizes he wasn't faking the relationship — he actually has feelings for the rigid bitch! So, in the midst of Maggie's departure from his small Alaskan hometown, Andrew does what any guy in love would do: tries to stop her plane home from taking off so that he can proclaim is love. His attempts fail but we do know the couple winds up together (duh, this is a Sandra Bullock movie after all).
Now, if you can erase everything I just mentioned from your head for oh, five minutes, then you should press play on our exclusive deleted scene below from "The Proposal" DVD/Blu-ray (out Oct. 13), in which Andrew manages to have his buddy send Maggie a message while she's on the aforementioned flight. If this scene had been included in the actual movie, we're not quite sure how it would've changed the outcome ... but god knows if Ryan Reynolds ever called us a "foxy lady," we'd be attempting to turn that plane back around ourselves!

Calling all Bradley Cooper and Sandra Bullock fans! Boy, do we have news! Lucky for you, (er… and me, because Bradley Cooper is my eye candy of the month), MTV News has managed to get an exclusive and never-before-seen sneak peak of the upcoming comedy, “All About Steve.”
In the teaser, Steve (or my love, Bradley), attempts to tell Mary, played by the gorgeous yet quirky Sandra, that he doesn’t love or want her around anymore. Now, from all the previews that have been circulating the media, it seems pretty obvious that Mary is not only in love with Steve (who couldn’t be in love with that smile!), but is a little obsessed and in denial about his true feelings. Today is September 1st, and, though there are still 20 days left of summer, it marks the end of the 2009 summer movie season. The box office numbers show that 2009 was the highest grossing summer ever — surprising for the lack of blockbuster hits (a term typically defined as a film that grosses over $300 million). The biggest surprise to come out of the summer movie roundup came in the form of a Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds rom-com. That’s right: "The Proposal" was the #10 highest grossing film of the summer and, with a $160 total domestic gross, the highest grossing romantic comedy domestically in history.
"But what about the 'Sex and the City' movie?" you may ask yourself in reference to last year’s hugely successful big screen debut of the Big Apple’s fabulous foursome. Well, the "Sex and the City: The Movie" went on to make $415 million worldwide (yes, blockbuster status!), but $262 million of that came from international sales and only $152 million was domestic. It seems then, undebatably, that "The Proposal" is in fact the most successful summer rom-com of all time … in the US. Read more...
This week Forbes released its annual Celebrity 100 list ranking the world's most powerful celebrities, including a rundown of the silver screen's highest paid actresses. The top 10 was fairly predictable (actress/ambassador Angelina Jolie took the No. 1 spot), but there were a few surprises (uh, where's Julia Roberts?). Take a look at the full list below:
1. Angelina Jolie, $27 million
2. Jennifer Aniston, $25 million
3. Meryl Streep, $24 million
4. Sarah Jessica Parker, $23 million
5. Cameron Diaz, $20 million
6. Sandra Bullock, $15 million
7. Reese Witherspoon, $15 million
8. Nicole Kidman, $12 million
9. Drew Barrymore, $12 million
10. Renee Zellweger, $10 million
Being the curious folks that we are at Hollywood Crush, we started wondering how this list would shape up 10 years from now, when many of today's tweeners will have come of age and cinema staples like Angelina and Jennifer might be slowing down. While we have no idea how to calculate dollar amounts (we're journalists, duh!), here's a list — and accompanying flipbook — of our best guess at who will be at the top of the marquee in 2019. It seems that love can come in a variety of ways, but the classic accidental love story has been popping up all over the place. In the most recent example, “The Proposal,” Margaret Tate (Sandra Bullock) forces her assistant Andrew Paxton (Ryan Reynolds) to marry her in order to avoid being deported to Canada. He agrees to marry in exchange for a promotion, and the two engage in what seems to be a business-like partnership. After spending time pretending to be a couple, the duo finds themselves actually falling for each other. Sure, it may seem predictable, but who doesn’t love a happy ending? This isn’t the first time love has “accidentally” conquered all. Here’s a few movies that take on a similar plot line to “The Proposal” and turn out to be “surprising” love story!
1. "What Happens in Vegas"
When you mix Ashton Kutcher and Cameron Diaz in a romantic comedy you know you are in for a (crazy) treat . The movie follows Joy (Cameron), who just got dumped by her fiancé, and Jack (Ashton), who just got fired from his job, as they both retreat to Vegas for the weekend. After a night in sin city, they drunkenly get married and proceed to win $3 million. In order to evenly distribute the money a judge orders them six months of marriage counseling. In the midst of hating each other — shocker! —sparks fly and they fall in love. Who saw it coming? Read more...

Romance is difficult enough without worrying about how he (or she!) might pop the question. While a clumsy and comedic proposal could be the story you laugh about when you're older, a disastrous one has the power to destroy your relationship for good.
No proposal could be uglier than the one Sandra Bullock offers to Ryan Reynolds in this weekend's romantic comedy, "The Proposal." While you have to give props to a girl willing to take matters into her own hands and get down on one knee, I'm not sure that it's a good thing to wield power in order to secure a marriage license. I suspect that that Bullock's bitter road to citizenship leads to marital bliss, you might be in the mood for commitments that are a little less power hungry.
So here's five of my favorite movie marriage proposals — and while I wish I had one that was a girl-power counter to "The Proposal," I confess to thinking it's more fun to see the boys do all the ring-offering work. Read more...
Wowzers! Never have inflatable floaties looked so good. If Brüno’s nude GQ cover didn't get you haute and bothered, take a gander at a shirtless (and ridiculously buff!) Ryan Reynolds gracing the cover of Entertainment Weekly. And if that's not enough skin for ya, check out our exclusive clip from "The Proposal," in which the Canadian cutie bares it all once again.
In the cover story, the "Proposal" star talks about his beefcake status, hamming it up with co-star Sandra Bullock and his undying work ethic.
When asked if he bought into the sex-symbol hype, the 32-year-old quickly set the record straight. "If you take any of that seriously, you need to be euthanized, ASAP," Ryan said. "There are moments when you can use that to your advantage. But it's really embarrassing. I think I fear more than anything just sounding like a complete a--hole when I have to answer that question." When we gave you a number of reasons to go see the romantic comedy “The Proposal” (out this Friday) last week, we emphasized one awesome one in particular: getting to see cutie pie Ryan Reynolds naked.
Well, you're in luck because when you press play below, you'll get to see an exclusive Hollywood Crush clip of Ryan and his co-star Sandra Bullock in that very scene. But before you go bragging to all of your friends that you've already caught a glimpse of the memorable moment, you should know that it's not all, well, as passionate as it sounds. You see, Ryan is playing an assistant who is forced into marrying his Canadian boss (Sandra) so that she can keep her U.S. Visa. Therefore, boss + birthday suit = awkward! Or not, watch the clip below and you be the judge...
