Much like Miley Cyrus' cameo in the sequel to "Sex and the City: The Movie" was once one a big mystery, we've now unearthed details about another thespian's (this time it's an Academy Award winner!) guest stint.
In October, People reported that Penelope Cruz would be appearing in the film (which is slated to be released in 2010) as a banker, and while we can't exactly confirm if her financial abilities are going to be highlighted, we can shed more light on the logistics behind her part. "I'm in it for very, very little time," she told MTV News during a press event for her next film "Nine." "It's a collaboration that I did because I am a huge fan of the show and the movie and Sarah Jessica Parker."

Carrie Bradshaw did Paris with The Russian. The girls all did Mexico together. And, now it seems they're expanding their taste for international travel by shooting in Morocco. The rumors have been out there for a while that Carrie and the ladies would head off the very exotic locale of Morocco for the "Sex and the City" movie sequel. And, new photos prove those rumors to be true.
Sarah Jessica Parker and Cynthia Nixon were both seen on the set in the African country. SJP was rocking a J'adore Dior t-shirt, ball gown-like lavender and gray skirt and pink heels. While, Cynthia was spotted looking chic in all white: blazer, full-length dress, fedora and beige sandals. Tres chic! Kim Cattrall and Kristin Davis were not seen on set. But, recently Kristin hinted to MTV News (see the video after the jump!) that she would be heading to Africa with the ladies, while choosing not to elaborate about why they were heading off there in the first place.

Fans will have to wait until next year to see all the crazy shenanigans that Miley Cyrus will get herself into for her cameo in the "Sex and the City: The Movie" sequel, but she's already dishing about her cameo in the film, where she plays the easiest role of her life: herself!
"It was the best job I've ever done," she told Ryan Seacrest when she spoke to him on his radio show on Friday. "It was a total dream come true."

Finding out legit details about the sequel to "Sex and the City: The Movie" is a feat about as rare as a Manolo Blahnik sale. Sure, we know Miley Cyrus definitely has a cameo (ton of pictures of her were snapped near the set last week), that Samantha will have an encounter with a European architect (played by Max Ryan) and that Charlotte will not have another pooping disaster. But... what about the small-yet-important accessories (if you will) that go along with the film? Such as running time and wardrobe changes?
Enter Kristin Davis (a.k.a. Charlotte, pictured far right), who stopped by MTV News recently to talk about "Couples Retreat," her motherly love for Taylor Lautner and, of course, "Sex"! Reporter Josh Horowitz (as always!) begged the actress for as much juice as he could squeeze out of her, and while she remained as mum as Charlotte does about her sex life, there were a few key nuggets she let slip.

But watching Kristen and her fellow "New Moon" costar Dakota Fanning channel her and her '70s girl group was an unusual experience for the music legend. Heels clicked together in glee around the world yesterday when the first shots of Sarah Jessica Parker shooing the sequel to last summer's "Sex and the City: The Movie" appeared all over the Internet (and, of course, here on Hollywood Crush!).Well keep rejoicing "Sex" addicts because today we bring you shots of none other than Carrie's hubby, John Preston — better known to most as Mr. Big (Chris Noth). In the photo below, the fashionista and her businessman look to be just hopping out of a sleek silver Mercedes (yeah, if only the rest of us New Yorkers could be so lucky to have such a sweet ride!). We're clueless as to where they could be venturing from (or to), but thanks to the fine people behind Red Carpet Fashion Awards, we know SJP is rocking a Halston Heritage dress, Christian Louboutin "Gino T-Strap" shoes and a Christian Louboutin "Sylvia Drapey Hobo." UPDATE: We've also located Carrie's sunglasses, they are Jee Vice’s "Heated" sunglasses, which available right now from the company's site for $170.

Get ready to clink your martini glasses together! Filming on the "Sex and the City: The Movie" sequel has officially kicked off its heels. None other than Carrie Bradshaw (or will she be called Carrie Preston now that she's a married lady?) was caught strutting her stuff in a white frock, sparkly Christian Louboutin stilettos, a gold clutch and what looks to be aviator sunglasses. We're betting that due to her comfortable, breezy look, the "SATC" movie's second chapter will take place in what's known to be director Michael Patrick King's preferred season: summer. We'd still love to know, however, what the heck is going to bring the fearsome foursome to Morocco!

Oh, "Sex and the City," there is so much to love about you, and that’s why we’re so excited for a second movie. There’s the hunky guys, the fabulous fashions, Sarah Jessica Parker, and... the Mediterranean? That’s right, CinemaBlend reports the cast and crew (including director Michael Patrick King who is pictured with the ladies) of the “Sex and the City: The Movie” sequel have set up shop in Morocco for five weeks of filming. Five weeks! It must be all this shoddy (read: hot and/or rainy) New York summer weather.

Sarah Jessica Parker can't seem to get enough "Sex." The 44-year-old actress/producer has reportedly purchased the rights to the soon-to-be released novel "Prospect Park West," a sort of "Sex and the City" meets "Desperate Housewives" penned by New York magazine dating columnist Amy Sohn, with plans to turn the story into a TV show.
"Prospect Park West" follows four mothers living in the baby-buggie-friendly borough of Brooklyn, and is described as a mix of "sex, parenthood and celebrity."
Though we don't know much about the characters beyond short descriptions given by Publisher's Weekly, we thought we'd give SJP a hand and take a stab at casting the series (no word yet on whether Ms. Parker will reserve a role for herself). Read more...
