While most films are getting a well-deserved pat on the back right about now, a few of our favorite cinematic vampires are being taken down a peg. The Razzie nominations were announced today, and "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" tied with "The Last Airbender" for the most nominations at nine a piece.

Unsurprisingly (based on previous Razzie nominations), "Eclipse" was nominated for Worst Picture, Worst Director, Worst Screenplay and Worst Prequel, Remake, Rip-Off or Sequel, and the actors didn't get off the hook either. Kristen Stewart was nominated for Worst Actress, both Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner were nominated for Worst Actor (also getting nods for their other 2010 films), Jackson Rathbone got a Worst Supporting Actor nod for "The Last Airbender" and "Eclipse," and the entire cast was nominated as Worst Screen Couple/Worst Screen Ensemble.

Jackson Rathbone has the somewhat awkward job of promoting two of his movies at the same time. Yes, both "The Last Airbender" and "Eclipse" are out this weekend, so we couldn't resist also asking him which character he thought would win. Unfortunately, since he was promoting "Airbender," at the time, he and his co-star Nicola Peltz were a little biased.

"Sokka, no question," Nicola said without hesitation. "Definitely Sokka. Obviously. I mean, he has a boomerang, it's pretty serious."

Move over Emma Watson, there may just be a new girl taking the fashion queen throne from you (at least for now). Last night Frieda Pinto attended the New York City premiere of "The Last Airbender" with her boyfriend (and star of the flick), Dev Patel. While we would agree that they do look positively adorable together, we have to say the biggest appeal to Frieda's presence on the carpet came from her stunning dress.

From the asymmetrical pleating to the vibrant color, Frieda's one shoulder Oscar de la Renta made for the perfect premiere look. She accessorized it smartly, as well, with gold accents on her ears and wrist and a thin belt to cinch her waist. It probably didn't hurt, either that Frieda is naturally gorgeous. And with that, we think we have pleaded our case fairly well: Frieda, you and your dress have put you back on the style map!

What did you think of Frieda's green dress? Is this one of your favorite looks on her ever? What other celebrities do you think have amazing style?

We all know Jackson Rathbone as Jasper in the “Twilight Saga,” and soon you’ll be familiar with his upcoming role in “The Last Airbender,” but does anyone remember Jackson when he was called “DJ Joyride”?

In the new episode of MTV's “When I Was 17," which airs this Saturday, Jackson reveals his popular DJ name which helped him ear some extra cash. “When I was back home for the holidays, especially for the summer, I would DJ weddings, birthday parties, all types of events,” he starts to explain. “I was DJ Joyride. I don't know why — sounded cool at the time,” he laughed.

FROM SPLASH PAGE:Nickelodeon Consumer Products debuted the upcoming line of toys based on "The Last Airbender" today, including various waves of 3 3/4-inch action figures, as well as larger, action-enabled figures, costumes and other props based on Shyamalan's adaptation of the hit anime/manga series.

Among the toys featured in the line were (of course) figures based on the film's hero, Aang (played by Noah Ringer), the villainous Prince Zuko (played by "Slumdog Millionaire" actor Dev Patel) and Katara (Nicola Peltz) also factored into several waves of figures. Toys based on Sokka (played by "Twilight" alum Jackson Rathbone) are pictured above!

Jackson Rathbone has been working his butt off this year, though most of what he's been working on wont be seen by the public until 2010. He finished filming M. Night Shamylan's "The Last Airbender" and "New Moon" earlier this year, is completing his final two weeks of filming for "Eclipse" right now, and when we caught up with him last week, was working the dual roles of producer and actor on his indie flick, "Girlfriend." Oh yeah, and hes in the process for gearing up for a 100 city tour with his band, 100 Monkeys.

"I just want to work. I don't sleep," Jackson admitted with a laugh.

That was literally the case when we met up with him last week. Both he and bandmate/co-"Girlfriend" star and producer Jerad Anderson had hopped a plane from Vancouver the night before and started working when they landed. He said when he wrapped filming on "Girlfriend," he would jump on a plane back to Vancouver and pick up filming on "Eclipse" again.

Sure Aasif Mandvi is starring alongside Jackson Rathbone in "The Last Airbender," but that doesn’t mean that he gets why anyone would want to be a vampire. Obviously, Jackson only plays a vampire in the "Twilight Saga," it's not like he actually craves human blood. But still, to Aasif that whole vampire/werewolf thing seems a bit dangerous.

"Oh, neither!" he told MTV News when asked to pick which he'd rather be. "Both of those are rather depressing lifestyles. I'd rather just be a human being. You would pick one of those? I mean a werewolf you keep turning into a werewolf and a vampire you have blood. They both seem like dysfunctional lifestyles to me."

It may very well be one of the worst kept secrets around, but it's still sort of a secret since neither Dev Patel nor his real life love and "Slumdog Millionaire" costar, Freida Pinto, are really open to talking about. So, we guess it's a good thing that Dev's "The Last Airbender" co-star, Aasif Mandvi, is willing to spill the beans. Without friends, how else would get all those juicy relationship details about the pair?

"Yeah well that's pretty much out in the open," he told MTV News about the couple at the "Hamlet" red carpet in NYC. "I gave him dating advice. I was like, 'You need to start dating uglier women!' He dates really attractive women and I was like, 'you can get three ugly women for one really attractive woman like that.'"

Dev PatelFROM MTV.COM: The lavish ice palace had gone silent. The Fire and Water nations were no longer waging acrobatic battle between its frosty walls, and from the snow covered steps to the blown-glass chandeliers hanging above the balconies, a beautiful tranquility had descended. Meanwhile, the production was in full, hectic swing across town, where another massive hangar housed another set for M. Night Shyamalan's gargantuan, fantastical adventure story, "The Last Airbender." Packs of extras wearing Samurai-like battle gear wandered here and there. Workers drilled and sawed and hammered. And Shyamalan and his star, Dev Patel of "Slumdog Millionaire" fame, were in the middle of it all, filming a pivotal fight scene.

Take after take, they kept at it, kept pushing to get it perfect, until the director decided to move on. "We'll live with it," Shyamalan said with a smile as MTV News watched from the sidelines.
